Hello,

My name is Angela Lieberman and I invite you to take part in this guided meditation.

Please find a comfortable sitting position where you can relax and focus inward.

Now take a deep breath in,

Breathe in slowly,

Feel the air go into your lungs and breathe out slowly.

And then feel the air exit the body through your mouth.

Now take another deep breath in,

Breathe in slowly,

Bring the air in through your lungs and feel it go through your stomach,

Your chest.

And now allow it to go back out.

Take another deep breath in,

Feel the air fill your lungs.

Let this life force,

Life energy enter your body and allow it to flow back out.

Gently,

You feel your body start to relax as the air starts to exit.

Now take another deep breath in,

Feel the air fill your lungs and go to every cell of your body and allow it to leave your body.

Allow it to gently flow back out.

Take in another breath,

Feel the energy go through your body and allow it to exit.

Start to feel your heartbeat in your chest,

Your big beautiful heart.

And now feel the energy going through your body,

Feel your feet,

Your fingers.

Feel every cell in your body just tingle.

And so it was filled with lights just sparkly and beautiful.

Feel the life in every cell of your body by your ears,

By your hair,

Your wrists,

Your elbows,

Your shoulders,

Your chest.

Feel every cell in your body just tingle with this energy.

You may now open your eyes.
