A shade over three minutes, this is what we may call a 'no excuses' meditation! Short and sweet, it's intended to marry the breath with anything that is arising in awareness. Hopefully, this experience will help anyone consider taking little moments throughout the day to tune in and care for themselves. Best to you!

Please just simply notice how your body is situated,

Where you're making contact with where you're seated or lying down.

You may take a couple deeper cleansing breaths,

Letting them out slowly and intentionally,

And begin to build your awareness,

Just noticing thoughts,

Emotions,

Body sensations,

And doing the best you can to treat those experiences and those elements as non-judgmentally as possible.

Just building awareness,

We're opening,

We're accepting what's there,

We're just watching,

We're the observers.

Take a few moments to notice thoughts,

Emotions,

And body sensations.

And then shift your attention just to your breath,

Noticing where you sense your breath.

It's your nose,

Throat,

Chest,

Stomach,

And diaphragm.

Just noticing your breathing,

Drawing in the cool air,

Letting out the warmer air,

Tuning into this moment,

Taking time to become more acquainted with your breath.

Now expand your awareness and using your breath and marrying it with any thoughts,

Emotions,

Body sensations.

You may use your breath as a guide to breathe with,

Into,

And through any experiences,

Anything you notice in your awareness.

You are changing with each breath,

As are your thoughts,

Your emotions,

And sensations.

To solve anything in this moment,

You're just making room and space.

You hear the sound of the bell,

You may gently.
