Within this Guided Shamanic Meditation, you will connect with the Spirit Animal of the Fox. The Spirit Animal of the Fox comes in the form of camouflage. Foxes are known for their ability to blend into their surroundings; this is both their power and advantage. To become like a Fox is to allow yourself to go unseen as you observe the activities of others.

Hello and welcome to this insight timer guided meditation.

Within this meditation I'm going to guide you on a shamanic journey of connecting with the spirit animal of the fox.

Before doing so however,

Let me share with you my soul pathway oracle card so that you can connect with the gifts and medicine that come through from the spirit animal of the fox.

Now the spirit animal of the fox comes in the form of camouflage.

Foxes are known for their ability to blend in to the surroundings.

This is both their power and advantage.

To become like a fox is to allow yourself to go unseen as you observe the activities of others.

This is your strength as it allows you to adapt to situations and changes in your life.

As you embrace the energy of the fox,

You will notice when to apply action.

If you are connecting with the spirit animal of the fox,

It is calling you to merge into the background as you notice the shifts and changes in your environment.

Not all is what it appears to be.

Once everything becomes clear,

Act swiftly to bring about the outcome you desire.

Now let's begin this guided shamanic journey to connect with the spirit animal of the fox.

I'd like you to begin by finding a place where you can simply and easily relax your mind and your body away from any distractions around you.

When you've found a place,

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

One more time.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

And allow yourself to completely relax.

You are going to begin by relaxing the top of your head as you then begin bringing that relaxation down,

All the way down to the tips of your toes.

First begin relaxing your head as your head begins to soften.

Then allow your eyelids to relax and close as you feel yourself more at peace and in a state of tranquility.

Bringing that relaxation further down now and deeper down to your cheeks.

Relaxing your mouth and bringing that relaxation further down and deeper down through your neck so that you can begin relaxing your neck.

Then allow yourself to float that relaxation further down through to your shoulders.

Relaxing your shoulders.

And as you take that inward breath in,

You can raise your shoulders.

And as you take that outward breath,

You can allow your shoulders to fall by your waist side as if your arms become loose,

Limp and lazy.

Bringing that relaxation further down now,

Deeper down through to your torso,

Down into your stomach.

As you relax all of the muscles in your stomach,

You may feel much more at ease in either the seat at which you are sat or the bed at which you lay.

As your stomach feels completely relaxed and settled.

Bringing that relaxation further down now and deeper down through to your legs.

Relaxing your legs down through to your knees.

As you notice all the joints in your body.

As they begin to relax as well.

Bringing the relaxation further down all the way down to your ankles.

Relaxing your ankles.

And all the way through to the tips of your toes.

So that you can become absorbed in this relaxation.

Like an aura that surrounds you.

As you find yourself in this place of peace.

Focus on your breathing.

As you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And imagine an aura around you that assists you in relaxing much more deeply and easily.

There may be a colour to this aura that assists you further.

Maybe a dark blue or maybe a dark purple.

Now let me use my shamanic drum to guide you on this journey of assisting you in connecting with the spirit animal of the fox.

Allow yourself to connect with the sound of the drum.

As you become in sync with your mind,

Your body and your soul.

Tune in to the rhythm of the drum.

As you connect with your soul and the rhythm of your heartbeat.

Now allow yourself to be guided on this journey.

As you picture yourself walking in nature.

Connecting to mother earth.

As you feel the earth beneath your feet.

You can connect with that grounding source.

To assist you on this journey.

You can also feel the unconditional love,

Nurture and support that comes through from mother earth.

To assist you with guiding you on this journey.

And protecting you.

As you picture yourself walking through nature.

Smell the freshness of the air.

Hear the sounds of nature around you.

And feel that beautiful connection with one and everything.

And even the animals that surround you.

At this time.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

As you walk through nature.

Notice how you begin to sense animals around you.

You may not particularly see these animals.

But you may be able to sense them and feel them.

As you slowly and tentatively take these strides in nature.

As you look into the distance.

You may notice a fox.

Camouflaged in the bushes.

Hiding and blending into its surroundings.

It notices you as you notice it.

You're very much intrigued by the presence of one another.

As you allow yourself to slowly and tentatively approach the fox.

And the fox allows you into its space.

As it feels that sense of comfort with you.

As you get closer and closer to the fox.

You begin connecting with it.

Much more deeply.

When you get close enough.

You can begin to lock eyes.

As you become at one with the fox.

And the fox becomes at one with you.

Take that deep breath in through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

And then allow yourself to float into the body of the fox.

As you become at one with it.

And as it becomes at one with you.

Notice the power and medicine that comes through from the fox.

As you first connect with it.

Notice its ability to blend in to its surroundings.

Notice its ability to observe.

Without being seen.

For it goes unnoticed.

Notice how you sit there as the fox.

And find yourself camouflaged.

As you blend into your surroundings.

As you do so.

You may look around the field.

And notice other animals that may be present.

You may not notice subtle differences and changes in the environment.

As you blend into your surroundings.

And you sense and feel the shifts and changes around you.

This is your power and advantage.

As you go unseen.

And you observe the activities of those around you.

As you do this.

What I'd like for you to do is reflect upon yourself and your own life.

As you connect with different situations and experiences in your life.

Allow yourself to become that silent observer.

As you notice how people act and respond in your life.

Noticing the intentions of others.

And how they show up for you in your life.

This will allow you to gain a clearer picture of your life.

As you connect with your soul.

And resonate with those who connect with you.

As you can then adapt to the situations and changes in your life.

When you adapt to the changes.

And you embrace the energy of the fox.

You will notice when to apply actions.

Your intuition and observation not only guides and supports you.

But is there to guide and support others who may be on your path.

Use your power and medicine to your advantage.

To assist others and guide others.

To assist yourself.

As you are guided on your own journey and quest.

As you connect with your soul.

Always allow yourself to notice the shifting and changing of the environment.

As you grow,

Evolve and transcend on your journey and path.

Use the energy of the fox to observe the activity of others.

Once everything becomes clear.

Act swiftly so that you can bring about the outcome you desire.

Sometimes not all is what it appears to be.

Now that you have connected with the spirit animal of the fox.

I want you to give thanks and gratitude.

For its gifts and medicine.

As it supports you on your journey and quest.

As you awaken to the truth of who you are.

Always lean on your strength.

And know that as you become an observer.

You can see your environments much more clearly.

Now float out of the body of the fox.

And back in to your own body.

Bringing with you its gifts and medicine.

Then allow yourself to reconnect with Mother Earth.

As you reconnect with your surroundings.

Bringing the gifts and medicine from the spirit animal of the fox.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

And allow yourself to come back to now.
