Let's begin by taking a moment to allow your body to settle as you grow comfortable,

Bringing your awareness to the breath.

Find a comfortable upright position that allows your spine to be long,

Head held high,

And shoulders rolled slightly back.

A strong spine is a strong mind.

You'll notice that when your spine slouches,

So does your mind.

Now sitting with the stature of a mountain or a tall redwood,

You can close your eyes or keep them open with a soft gaze downward a few feet in front of you.

Let your face and jaw relax.

Allow your neck and shoulders to relax.

Today I'll guide you through a process to help you manifest a brighter future.

This practice invites you to look a little deeper within and connect with the part of you that desires a life of meaning and purpose.

Before we begin,

Go ahead and draw in a deep breath,

Followed by a long breath out.

Now allow the breath to find its natural rhythm while breathing a little slower and a little deeper than normal.

In and out.

Feeling yourself to become fully present,

Resting on the breath.

I am now going to provide you with questions to prompt ideas and elicit responses that can help to uncover your brightest future.

Throughout this practice,

Allow your body and mind to feel loose and open.

This is a creative space and a space of flow.

Repeat the questions I offer silently and to yourself.

Resist the urge to problem solve and see if anything comes up on its own organically.

If nothing comes to mind,

That's okay.

Just continue with the process.

Let's begin.

Ask yourself,

What kind of a future do I feel deeply moved towards?

Notice the thoughts,

Feelings,

And images that come to mind.

Meanwhile,

Remembering to breathe,

Breathing in and breathing out.

As you hold this positive future in your mind,

What feelings come with it and are present with you now?

Here's some more questions to help you explore the future you feel deeply moved towards.

What about this positive future makes me feel excited?

In this positive future,

How do I show up?

Now see yourself showing up in a way that allows this positive future to unfold.

How strong is my level of self-belief in this positive future?

And do I need to strengthen my sense of self-belief that I can pull this future into my reality?

Who do I want to be in relation to others?

What might get in the way and how will I move beyond it?

What are the skills or capabilities that I'll need to get there?

Do I already have certain gifts that will help me manifest this positive future?

Find yourself right now somewhere in this positive future and reflect on the things that you did that enabled you to get there.

See yourself doing some of those things.

Maybe it's engaging in a daily practice that supports clarity and focus.

Maybe it's putting your energy into learning new skills.

Or maybe it's how you allow yourself to connect with your vision.

See those things in your mind's eye and notice what it feels like as you imagine doing them.

Keep breathing slowly and deeply.

Imagine this future as if it has already happened.

See it in front of you like it's floating in a bubble.

Invite that bubble to come close and feel it just right in front of your face.

Alive and vibrant and full of potential.

Now as I count from one to three,

Breathe it in as if you are becoming that positive future and that positive future is becoming you.

One,

Two,

Three.

Breathe it in and feel every good feeling of becoming one with that positive future.

Feel that inner smile.

Feel it alive and well within you and know that you can come back to this meditation at any time to rediscover the connection to that place inside that's ready to create that positive future.

Can you take this feeling with you as you head back to your day,

Smiling inside?

Can you allow it to guide how you interact with your world now?

Let's finish this positive future practice now by taking a full breath in and a long breath out.

Go ahead and reach out to the sky and stretch those arms wide.
