This meditation will help you release negative and overwhelming emotions.

Take a deep breath in and out of your nose.

Place your hand on your heart as you take two more deep breaths.

Take a moment to locate where in your body you are feeling your emotion.

Ask that part of your body what it wants you to know about it at the present moment.

Take a moment to locate where in your body you are feeling your emotion.

What does it want you to know about your beliefs?

Feel into the emotion in that area of your body.

Feel into the emotion in that area of your body.

Let the emotion get as big as it wants to get.

Feel into the emotion in that area of your body.

Let your emotion get even bigger.

Let all of the feelings out.

Feel into the emotion in that area of your body.

Feel into the emotion in that area of your body.

Feel into the emotion in that area of your body.

Your body is now filling with a bright violet healing light.

Your body is now filling with a bright violet healing light.

The light is swirling all around your body,

Picking up all the pieces of your negative emotion.

Let it swirl and fill your whole body.

Continue to let all of the negative emotion out so the violet light can pick it up.

Feel into the emotion in that area of your body.

Once all of your emotion has been expended,

The violet light forms into a ball in your chest.

It slowly moves to the crown of your head.

And releases out the top of your head.

Your body is slowly being filled with bright white healing light.

The white healing light moves from your crown down your face and ears.

Into your neck and throat.

Into your chest and shoulders.

Down your core and arms.

Into your hips.

Into your thighs.

Into your knees and calves.

And into your feet.

Once every part of your body has been scanned by the healing light,

It moves out of your body,

Grounding you into the core of the earth.

Take a moment to imagine yourself being rooted into the earth.
