We are going to journey to meet your inner child today.
Get in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in your nose and out your nose.
Take another deep breath in through your nose.
Hold for the count of three.

You are being guided toward a path in the woods.
It's a warm,
Comfortable day and you feel totally safe and peaceful.
There's a river running to your left and you can hear the water flowing over the rocks.
You can see the earth and trees around you.
The leaves are bright orange,
Red and yellow in color.
You are walking at a comfortable pace and have joy in your heart.
The sunlight feels warm on your skin.
Your body feels strong and nurtured.
As you walk along the path,
You notice an opening within the trees to your right.
You can feel the light in your eyes.
It's leading you to another path.
You start to walk down this path.
It's got moss and stones on the side of the path.
And you notice the trees are turning into a tree.
You start to walk down this path.
It's got moss and stones on the side of the path and you notice the trees are getting older.
The trees are huge trees that hold wisdom.
You stop and put both hands on one of the oldest trees.
You close your eyes and receive a wisdom filled download from the tree.
You make a mental note of what the tree has shared with you.
As you keep walking down the path,
You notice a clearing coming into view.
It's the most beautiful part of the woods you have ever seen.
It's got lush green grass that's as soft as you've ever felt.
There are wildflowers growing on all sides of the clearing.
You notice there are stone benches dotted at different places within the clearing.
There's a beautiful small pond surrounded by stones to the right.
The air is warm and it smells like fresh flowers.
As you walk further into the clearing to look at the pond,
You notice a stone bench just out of view.
As you walk closer,
You see that a small child is sitting on the bench.
You walk slower so you don't scare the child.
As you get closer,
You can see that the child looks like you.
This is your inner child.
Examine your child's face.
What does she look like?
How is your child holding her body?
In your mind,
Ask your child permission to come closer.
When your child says it's okay,
Walk over and sit next to her.
Let your child know that you are her at an older age.
Let her know that she's safe with you.
Comfort your child if she asks you to.
Let her know that from now on,
You will always keep her safe.
She no longer needs to worry or feel anxiety.
She is going to be a priority in your life and you will always keep her close.
Listen to what your child has to say,
If anything.
Listen to what your child has to say.
Once you are sure your child feels heard,
You can let her know she's going to live with you from now on.
If you feel that where you currently live is safe for her,
You can take her with you back through the forest to come live with you.
You will now take your child by the hand and bring her back to your home.
Let her know that she will always live in your heart.
Whenever you feel a negative emotion,
You will check in with your child.
You will let her know that she doesn't have anything to be scared of,
That you will take care of both of you.
Safely walk back to your starting point with your child.
Create a large bubble filled with divine white light around both of you.
Feel the white light in every cell of your body,
Healing every part of you.
See the white light surrounding your child,
Healing every pain she has ever endured.
You can stay in this bubble with your child for as long as you need.
Whenever you need to check in with your child,
Put your hand on your heart and she will be right there.
When you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
