Begin by finding a quiet,

Comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without distractions.

Gently close your eyes or soften and lower your gaze.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Take a few more deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Allow your breath to soften.

Feel your body relax.

You are here in this moment and that is enough.

Bring your attention inward,

Connecting with the life growing within you.

With each breath let these words settle into your body,

Into your mind and into your heart.

I am calm.

Feel a wave of peace wash over you.

Let any tensions gently melt away.

I am safe.

I am safe.

You are held,

Supported and protected by the universe.

Trust that you are surrounded by care.

I am relaxed.

With every breath your muscles loosen,

Your mind softens and your heart opens.
