Did you know you have a superpower?
Anything you can imagine,
You can make happen.
So that is what we are going to channel into today.
So go ahead and sit down,
Crisscross applesauce,
Hands on your knees,
Palms facing the sky,
Straight tall backs,
And close your eyes.
And now breathe in from your nose,
And out from your mouth.
Again,
In from your nose,
And out from your mouth.
And as you continue to breathe,
And keep your eyes closed,
Imagine how you want to feel today.
Do you want to feel happy?
Do you want to feel calm?
Do you want to feel excited?
Do you want to feel brave?
Any feeling you want,
Think about it,
Choose it.
If that feeling was a color,
What color would it be?
Imagine that color.
And now imagine how you look when you feel that feeling you chose.
Where are you?
Are you outside?
Are you inside?
What are you doing?
Really imagine it,
So you can believe it,
So it can come true.
And last breath in,
And out,
And open your eyes.
How did that feel?
Were you able to keep your eyes closed the entire time?
If not,
It's totally normal.
This is a muscle that we get to build.
And if you did,
That's incredible.
That means your quiet and still muscles are very strong.
