Come into a nice tall seat and bring your attention to your breath.
As you inhale,
Taking nice long,
Deep,
Slow inhales,
Filling the whole of your belly and chest with air.
And then as you exhale,
Very slowly,
Releasing completely.
And then as you exhale,
Very slowly,
Releasing completely.
And then as you exhale,
Very slowly,
Releasing completely.
As you feel your breath settle in to this slower,
More relaxed,
More relaxed,
More relaxed slower pace.
Bring into your awareness whatever it is that you feel you wish to grow inside of yourself at this time.
What seeds are you planting?
With each seed,
When you feel it,
Bring it into your heart centre and with your breath,
Expand it out through every cell of your being.
You feel this quality growing inside of your system,
Expanding through each cell.
And then as you exhale,
Bring it into your heart centre and with your breath,
Expand it out through every cell of your being.
And then as you exhale,
Bring it into your heart centre and with your breath,

Bring your awareness back to your whole body.
As you feel the connection of your sitting bones or your feet on the ground,
You notice the sensation of touching the floor or the chair.
And feeling your orientation back in the room that you're in,
Gently open your eyes.
And then as you exhale,
