Come into a nice tall seat,
Take big deep breaths with each inhale in through your nose,
Out through your mouth,
Welcoming in the jungle,
Connecting to the jungle that lies within.
You're here to be wild and free in this body,
In this skin.
As you feel the breath move through each cell,
Let it awaken that wildness.
With each exhale,
Let go of those restrictions of that control.
You can't be free and in control.
If you want to let that wild truth,
That wild grace inside of you speak through your words,
Through your body,
Through your actions,
Through your life.
Let go of the control of the drudgery of the needing to be perfect and right of the needing to be nice or liked.
With one hand on each knee,
Begin to make spirals with your hips.
Let this circular motion open up space,
Move through the resistance,
The tightness.
And your body and your soul become more fluid and free.
Nothing to hide from anymore.
No need to attach to the guilt,
The shame,
The pain.
You came here to be free.
What does that freedom mean to you,
A liberation where your truth leads the way?
You feel that calm,
That part of you that just wants to let your body express itself,
This natural intelligence,
This natural truth,
This deep power.
This power is so at ease with itself.
It doesn't think or care.
Nothing comes in the way.
It becomes the way.
Bring your circles into the other direction.
Feel this wild freedom coming out through your heart,
Coming out through your lips,
Coming out through the tips of your hair.
What does it want from you?
What is it asking you to give space for?
Come back into stillness.
Just naturally and freely through a deep and wild breath.
And through the stillness,
You feel wild grace,
A voice louder and louder.
Guiding you to the path of your greatest freedom,
Of the highest intelligence of your consciousness.
You know this wild soul of yours.
Let it out from the jungle in your mind,
To the jungle where we all can meet and play and recognize and nurture and love that wildness in each other,
In ourselves.
And of course,
The wildness of nature and all its creatures and beings and plants.
As we free up this wildness inside ourselves,
We let go of the need to control the wildness in our earth,
The wildness in our world,
The wildness in our relationships.
Instead we move towards wildness,
Not crazy abandon,
Not out of control destruction.
This wildness is pure.
It is that space that rises out of the deepest love inside of you.
And that love is so strong that when free from the guilt and the pain and the shame and the judgment and the thinking,
It should be something it is not.
And that wildness is free and it is pure and it is powerful and majestic and it is exactly what is being called forth from us.
So we may meet the wildness of our world with love and respect.
Let your wildness breathe.
Let your wildness breathe.
