Amelia will guide you through a heart space centred meditation, some previous experience recommended for Nadi Shodhana. This practice will help you find ease and coherence with alternate nostril pranayama (nadi Shodhana) and then guide you deeper into the heart space. Feeling the flow of loving energy moving through you and around you. Towards the end of the practice the music will dim to silence and we will spend a few minutes here before coming back for a final pause of gratitude.
