Good morning and welcome to your guided meditation.
My name is Caroline and I have crafted this meditation for you with love to help you focus on embracing your inherent worth and affirming that you are enough exactly as you are whilst you start your day with positive intent.
Listening to this powerful meditation is a great way to reprogram your subconscious mind.
You can use this meditation regularly to help you reinforce feelings of self-worth and acceptance,
Helping you navigate daily life with confidence and peace.
Now let this be your time,
A precious moment of self-care and time for self-reflection and relaxation to set yourself up for a positive day.
So as you settle into your space you can close your eyes if that feels good for you and together let's take a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling your lungs with air and then slowly releasing any tension as you exhale.
Let's do that one more time,
Inhaling all the way from the fingertips into the lungs and as you exhale,
Breathe out all the way out through your toes,
That's it.
Now allow your breath to just settle and to be your gentle anchor during this practice.
Now for a moment,
Think about what a miracle life is.
You've been gifted a brand new day,
A new beginning and a chance to start afresh.
Just picture the sun rising above the horizon and feel the gentle sunlight touch your face.
Now bring awareness to your entire physical body,
From the tips of your toes to the top of your head,
Your beautiful,
Incredible,
Amazing body.
Now notice if you are holding any tension or if there are any feelings of discomfort anywhere in your body.
Now as you breathe in,
Inhale relaxation and positivity and as you exhale,
Allow yourself to let go of any tension or worry and letting go of what just doesn't need to be here today.
Letting go of what no longer serves your highest good and now feel your body becoming more relaxed and at ease with each breath.
Now bring your focus to your heart center,
The space in the middle of your chest and then imagine a warm,
Gentle light glowing inside your chest.
This light represents your inherent worth and the truth that you are enough.
Let this light grow with each breath,
Filling your entire body with a sense of peace and acceptance,
Silently repeating to yourself,
I am enough.
I am enough.
I have always been enough because you are,
Dear soul,
You are perfect.
You are enough.
You are exactly where you are meant to be and you are loved.
You are enough,
Just as you are and as you surrender to this present moment,
Holding in your heart the gratitude for a new day.
Think about the things that make you uniquely you.
Your qualities,
Your quirks,
Your experiences,
These are not flaws,
But they are parts of your wonderful and complex self.
This is what makes you,
You and you are perfect,
Just as you are.
You do not need to pretend to be somebody else.
You do not need to change yourself or other people in order to get love.
Because you are love.
You are loved and the universe's intelligence resides within you.
And remember,
You do not need to be any different than your true,
True self.
You are perfect,
Just as you are and you are enough.
You are a miraculous,
Beautiful being that has been put on this planet for a reason.
You are part of the greater plan.
Remember that.
Now with each breath,
Accept these parts of yourself more deeply,
Feeling a deep sense of calm and comfort as you remember who you are,
As you remember your inherent worth.
Now allow yourself to let go of doubts and criticisms that you have internalized about your worth.
These no longer serve your highest good.
You release the need to compare yourself to others,
Because you know that comparing yourself to others is just wasted energy.
Now affirm to yourself,
My journey is my own and I measure my worth by my own standards.
I am blessed with another brand new day and I will make today count.
Now as you reflect on your journey,
You recognize the growth and the progress that you have made.
Because every obstacle,
Every hurdle wasn't a detour,
It was part of the greater plan and for this you have grown and you feel a deep sense of pride and gratitude for how far you have come.
Say to yourself,
I celebrate my progress,
Every step is significant.
Now as this meditation comes to an end,
Slowly bring your awareness back to your physical body,
Your beautiful physical body,
Becoming aware of the room around you.
Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes and in your own time,
When you feel ready,
Gently open your eyes and greet this moment with a gentle smile.
Thank yourself for taking this time to connect with your inner worth and carry these feelings of enoughness with you today and every other day,
Because remember,
