This evening meditation is part of the "Manifest Your Best Self" album that I have created to help you effortlessly attract opportunities and abundance by becoming your best self. We start with relaxation, followed by reflection of your day, acknowledging the good and bad things that happened, and accepting everything as part of life. Then we set an intention for deep rest and relaxation. Hi and welcome to your nightly session to unwind,

Reflect on your day and to reprogram your mind for abundance,

Prosperity and success.

So as the sun sets and you transition from the day's activities to the peace and quiet of the evening,

This guided audio offers a soothing pathway to relax and to prepare your mind for a restful night.

When our bodies are rested,

Our bodies can heal and replenish so that we can wake up refreshed and rejuvenated,

Ready to tackle the day.

So whether you are settling into bed,

Enjoying a quiet evening stroll or simply winding down in your living space,

Let my voice guide you towards a serene conclusion of your day.

Begin by taking a deep breath in,

Slowly and deeply,

Filling your entire body with calm.

Hold the breath at the top and then slowly exhale,

Letting go of any stress or tension that you have accumulated throughout the day.

This is your time,

So let go,

Relax and allow your breath to be your guide,

As you feel yourself becoming more relaxed and at ease.

You can let go of the day's responsibilities and you can invite a sense of peace into your evening now.

Take a moment to think back over your day.

Think about the moments that brought you joy,

Satisfaction or a sense of achievement.

It could be a task you accomplished,

A workout you completed or a friend you helped out.

Acknowledge these positives,

No matter how small,

And give yourself gratitude for your efforts and achievements.

If there were any challenges today,

Acknowledge them without judgement 9.

And remind yourself that challenges and obstacles are part of life,
