Hi and welcome to this guided practice.

In this session,

We focus on cultivating a loving and positive relationship with our body.

Because when we feel good,

We vibrate at a higher level,

And when we do,

The universe gives us back in return what we gave out.

So the better we can feel,

The better things will come into our life.

So find a comfortable position,

Either seated or laying down,

Or even if you're listening to this on your morning walk,

Just allow yourself to relax and trust that these words will get absorbed by your subconscious mind.

Now take a deep breath,

And exhaling,

That's it.

Let's do that one more time.

Take a deep breath in,

Slowly saturating your entire body with air,

Noticing the life within you,

And as you slowly exhale,

Feel the sensations in your body,

Releasing any negative thoughts or feelings about your body.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to become more relaxed,

And more allowing and receptive to positive change.

Your body is an amazing miracle,

For a moment,

Feel your heart beating in your body,

It does this without any effort from us,

Isn't that a miracle?

Now bring your awareness to the top of your head,

Allow your head to relax,

Softening the muscles of your face,

Relaxing your neck,

Relaxing those shoulders,

Allow your entire torso to relax now,

Softening the muscles of the belly,

Relaxing your legs,

Softening your toes,

And if you're laying down,

Allow your feet to just flop out to the sides.

Now take a moment here to appreciate your body's strength,

Its capabilities,

And its unique beauty,

For your body is absolutely perfect,

You are a beautiful human being.

Feel a sense of gratitude now for your beautiful body,

And for the health and vitality it offers you,

For your body is a place your soul resides,

For your body carries you day in,

Day out,

For your body does whatever you ask of it.

Feel that gratitude expanding from your heart,

All the way out and around your body,

Feel your body pulsating with high vibrational frequencies now,

Your body is amazing.

Now imagine a version of yourself that aligns with your health and wellness goals,

As perfect as you are right now in this state,

I know that you desire something else,

So imagine that version of yourself,

Because somewhere in the quantum field,

Somewhere out there is a version that aligns with exactly what you desire,

You just have to start vibrating at the same frequency.

Take a moment now to visualize yourself even clearer,

Visualizing that perfect desired physical state,

See yourself moving,

Walking and living with vibrant,

Energetic and thriving energy as you move through your day,

Moving through your day pain free,

With lots of energy and joy in your step,

Picture your physical body exactly as you wish it to be,

Reflecting your inner health and happiness,

Knowing that you have a powerful immune system and that you have a very healthy inner body,

For your gut health,

Your cells,

Your DNA and all your systems in your body are part of this amazing healthy being,

Free from illness,

Free from disease,

Moving,

Thriving with positive healthy energy,

Visualize how you are moving with confidence and how you glow with wellness and vitality,

Imagine how you will feel from the inside out,

Really engage all your senses now and imagine what it feels like to be in this state,

Notice the sensations in your body,

The happiness of your heart and the positive mindset that you are in,

Feeling energetic,

Feeling indestructible,

Feeling happy and what smells can you smell,

Are you walking through the rainforest,

Are you hiking up a mountain,

Hear the sounds around you of your ultimate healthy state of being,

Now as you hold this vision,

Allow your mind to absorb these affirmations,

I love and accept my body as it is today and as it will be tomorrow,

I love and accept my body as it is today and as it will be tomorrow,

Every day in every way I am becoming stronger and healthier,

Every day in every way I am becoming stronger and healthier,

I listen to my body's needs with love and I respond with loving choices,

Confidence flows through me,

Feel a sense of peace as your ideal and real selves align,

You trust the process and you trust your body's capabilities to evolve,

Now take a few more deep breaths now,

Feeling invigorated and at peace with your body,

When you are ready bring your awareness back to the present moment,

Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes and slowly open your eyes if they were closed,
