Release and Rise Up offers us a moment to pause and honor the reflections of the year past. With focused intention on the heart center, releasing attachments to the familiar thus creating opportunity to rise up into growth.

Settle into the quiet.

Rest in the silence.

Feel the natural flow of the breath as it nourishes the body and drops you into a space of present moment awareness.

Pause.

Breathe here and rest in the knowing you are safe.

The stillness is your friend welcoming you.

Let the breath continue to flow with ease as you settle in,

Making any final adjustments to allow a greater sense of ease in your body.

Allow the awareness to settle at the mind's eye,

The center of the forehead just above the brows.

Begin to visualize a glowing sphere of light resting here at the Ajna chakra,

Center of your intuition and inner knowing.

Join this light in the high vibrational frequency.

It emanates naturally as you raise your vibration to join that which matches.

Notice the breath as the vibration climbs and joins in to the third eye vibration.

The frequency rises throughout the entire body.

Breath calm and relaxed.

Mind at ease as you begin to see images flash in the mind's eye as if projecting onto a screen replaying moments of the year gone by.

Know that you remain safe,

Held in the energies of Mother Earth anchored here now.

Allow the images to continue to flash as you invite the energetic attachments to the images to join in,

Allowing emotion to come forth,

Settle in to the essence of each visualization as it is shared for you.

Releasing judgment,

Relax the need to analyze.

Simply witness the year in review as it is expressed and shared for you through the mind's eye.

Moments of clarity,

Moments of indecision,

Challenges and obstacles.

The dredging up of patterns long since forgotten yet so deeply ingrained inside of you that the little ember of existence began to spark and grow and ignite through circumstances beyond your control,

Allowing yourself to be seen through each opportunity in this past year.

Release criticism,

Allowance to just be,

Reflect,

Review,

Release.

Notice the shifting of energy within the body as each experience presents itself before you.

Is there energy?

Is there sensation?

Is there tension or an awareness within the body that would like to be recognized within each image?

Go there,

Be there,

Drop into the body and listen to the messages being shared and then create freedom to free yourself to release.

If the body is craving movement,

Allow the movement to rise from within and internal knowing seeks your attention.

Go there.

Be in the experience fully and completely and Each lesson,

Each opportunity,

A reflection,

A way of learning,

Of uncovering pieces of ourselves that yet we may not have met before.

Let them rise and be seen.

Invite them in and embrace them all as part of who you are and who you've always been.

As this influences every move you make.

Even the ones that no longer fit,

That no longer serve.

Honor them.

Offer them the moment of gratitude for all that they've brought to your life in this moment and past moments up to this point and then offer them the permission to be set free.

Just as you no longer wish them to be part of who you are moving forward,

They no longer want the resistance being created in your life.

Release them.

Allow them to be carried away with the exhale,

Transmuted into the universe and knowing they are no longer yours.

Free yourself just as you would free them.

Welcome in the new,

The growth,

The expansion,

The awakening that took place.

Sometimes brought through moments of great,

Great triumph.

Challenges that brought you to your knees,

That pulled you through the dark shadows to the places you'd been avoiding for so very long.

And yet the spotlight came and it shot down on those shadows and said,

Look,

Let them rise.

Let them come forward and know that that growth is welcome for it is shaping you and molding you and allowing you to rise up into the truest form of who you are meant to become.

Evolving and growing.

It is your time.

Shed the old.

Realize past relationships.

Perhaps it's a career.

Perhaps it's a pattern so deeply ingrained in you that it has been with you for the entire lifetime and now it is ready to be set free.

Let it go.

As we let go,

We create space for new.

We welcome in the new.

We invite the new.

We honor the new.

That which we are not even aware of yet that exists,

That is waiting for us to welcome it in.

We must release the old to create space for the new.

Linger in this energy.

Notice the subtle shifts within the body as you relax and let go.

There may be an internal struggle that takes place as this comfort and familiarity holds grips squeezes so tight,

Desperate to hang on and yet you know it's time to let go.

To dissolve that which is familiar and to slide into the space of new.

Drop into the heart.

Let your hands settle upon the heart space.

Rest here and offer the breath as an opening of great expanse within your heart.

It is here that your soul exists.

It is here that the inner knowing vibrates so intently,

Desperately seeking your attention.

If only you'd step away from the mind and drop into the heart.

Go in now.

Go in now and listen,

Listen,

Listen to the gentle whispers that have been here but missed for so long.

Settle in.

Open your heart and receive and then take these whispers and allow them to grow to expand to come to a voice full space to be heard,

To be seen,

To be acknowledged outside of you no longer trapped internal.

It is time to rise up and express moving forward.

No longer hidden in the depths of the heart space exposed for the world to see for you to embrace and to carry forward holding your head high and knowing your heart leads the way.

Trust.

Notice if there's any lingering resistance within the body.

Allow whatever freedom may be required to move the arms,

Move the hips away side to side.

Release this tension,

This pent up energy in the body that is so strongly holding on and let it go.

Soften.

You are ready.

Rise up,

Dear one.

Rise up.
