This Sacred Teaching is a Sacred Kiss—a brief, intentional transmission. It offers gentle guidance for attuning to the body, the breath, and the sensations that arise when we slow down and listen. Through presence and curiosity, you’re invited to meet your pain with compassion and access the Divine intelligence within. A quiet opening to the kind of healing that unfolds in its own perfect time. Background soundscape by Alyssa: binaural beats (432 Hz tone, 6 Hz beat) with soft chimes.

Hi,

Welcome to your sacred kiss.

This meditation invites you to slow down,

Breathe deeply,

And become attuned to the subtle language of your body.

Let yourself be still,

Open,

And curious as you receive the quiet wisdom that lives within you.

Take your time,

Listen.

Be consciously aware of your breath and how your breath feels in your body.

Pause to listen to your body,

To the information that comes in the form of sensation.

Listen.

Explore the sensations that arise seemingly without reason.

Don't push them away.

Are they accompanied by memories,

By images,

Emotions,

Or thoughts?

Sit with yourself as both the experiencer and the observer.

This is how we listen to ourselves.

This is how we heal ourselves.

This is how we access divine intelligence while inhabiting a body.

Feel the sensations in this body.

Notice the vibrations in the mind.

Be curious.

Ask yourself,

What am I feeling?

What am I not feeling?

What is my body saying to me?

What needs to be expressed?

What am I repressing?

Pause.

Stay attuned to your breath constantly.

There is no rush.

There is no urgency.

We cannot rush this.

Healing happens in its own time and the time appropriate for the great tapestry of all that is.

Listen to your pain.

Allow it to speak.

Allow it to express itself.

There is great wisdom to be gleaned from pain.

For the dark breaks apart to reveal the light within.
