Welcome to your morning affirmations and take a moment to arrive in this space to feel the body and feel the breath.

I encourage you to take three cleansing breaths and start with your inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale,

Let it go.

Last deep breath in and deep breath out.

Feel as the breath awakens the body and prepares you for the day ahead.

As you listen to these affirmations,

Take what you need and leave the rest behind.

I hold the truth of who I am.

I am allowed to ask for what I want and what I need.

I am allowed to feel good.

I am capable of balancing ease and effort in my life.

I am already complete as I am.

I am growing and I am going at my own pace.

I am doing the work that works for me.

I am held and supported by those who love me.

I am in charge of how I feel and I choose to feel happy.

I am love.

I am worthy.

I am open to healing.

I am peaceful and whole.

I know what I deserve.

I am safe in my body.

I am safe in my mind.

I am allowed to make mistakes.

I am understood.

My perspective is important.

I am valued and helpful.

I am worthy of investing in myself.

I deserve to take up space.

I breathe in trust.

I exhale doubt.

I can be soft in my heart yet firm in my boundaries.

I do all things in love.

I embrace change.

I hold wisdom beyond knowledge.
