Welcome to your deep sleep meditation practice to cultivate inner trust,

Gratitude,

And harmony.

Find a comfortable position for the body.

Allow the body to be supported by the surface beneath you.

Gather anything you need.

When you're ready,

Slowly let the eyes drift shut.

Allow yourself to arrive in this space,

To be here no matter what else has happened throughout your day.

You have arrived and you are here.

This meditation is for you to drift into a deep,

Restful sleep that nourishes the subconscious mind.

As you begin to relax further,

Feel the weight of your body.

Feel the weight of your bones.

Sink deeper and deeper.

Release any tension,

Anything the body is holding on to.

Soften the forehead,

The eyebrows,

And let your awareness rest at the eyes.

Give gratitude to your eyes.

Think about all the wonder and beauty your eyes have seen.

The ability to see the world.

Release the jaw,

The throat,

And let your awareness rest at the shoulders.

Give gratitude to your shoulders.

Recognize the strength of your shoulders,

How they have carried you through this lifetime.

Allow the shoulders to soften and rest.

Soften through the chest,

Down the arm,

Belly,

Hips,

All the way down through the thighs.

Feel the thighs become heavy.

Relax the knees,

Shins,

Ankles,

All the way down to the soles of the feet.

Let your awareness rest at the feet.

Give gratitude for where your feet have taken you and for the ability to feel the ground beneath you.

Feel the body in total harmony and relaxation.

Every fiber in your body soft and supple.

Notice the steady rhythm of the breath in and out.

Let your awareness be with the breath.

Begin to count each inhale and exhale.

Inhale 1.

Exhale 2.

Inhale 3.

Exhale 4.

Inhale 5.

Exhale 6.

Continue to the count of 10 and repeat 2 more cycles with this breath.

If the mind wanders or you lose count,

Come back to the beginning.

Release any control of the breath.

Settle deeper into the sense of relaxation that you have nowhere else to be and nothing else to do.

Lower the volume of your thoughts.

Release your grasp on the day.

There is no need to hold on.

You are here is enough.

Trust the body and mind to sink deeper into this restful sleep as you absorb the affirmations beyond the conscious mind.

Root these affirmations deep into your body,

Mind,

And soul.

I am overflowing with gratitude.

I am aligned with my soul purpose.

I am connected to divine love.

I am a beautiful expression of life.

I am deserving.

I am grateful for all that my body does and will continue to do.

My heart is filled with abundance.

I trust myself.

I trust my decisions.

I have the freedom to choose my path.

I am in harmony with all beings.

I am in harmony with my mind,

Body,

And soul.

I release negative thought patterns.

I release limiting beliefs.

I choose to love and be grateful.

I choose to live in love.

I am.

I live in abundance.

I am connected.

I am radiant energy.

I continue to grow.

I continue to learn.

I am evolving.

Every day is a blessing.

I listened to this meditation in bed as I was trying to fall asleep and the next thing I knew I was waking up after hours of deep and restful sleep…the best sleep I’d had in weeks. Thank you! 🙏😴❤️
