I invite you to begin closing down your eyes,
Placing your right hand over your heart,
Your left hand over your abdomen,
Really focusing on that breath as you inhale,
Feeling your belly expanding,
Feeling the pressure really connecting in and as you exhale,
Feeling the release of energy and as you're here connecting with yourself,
I invite you to imagine a bright light,
Whatever colour comes to mind is perfect,
Witnessing that light move through your crown chakra as you're breathing,
Witnessing that light moving through and down your face,
Through your third eye,
Moving through your throat,
Through your heart,
Solar plexus,
Sacral chakra and into that root chakra and as you're focusing on that breath,
Really feeling the vibration of this light throughout your body,
What does it feel like and as you focus on this energy,
Witnessing this light become brighter and brighter,
I invite you to begin imagining this light that is so connected to you,
Moving down into the earth beneath you,
Feeling this light that is attached to you,
Extending through the base of your spine as it moves through the earth's crust,
Rounding you to this present moment,
Rounding you to the earth beneath you and as that light continues moving through the crust,
Just observing,
Feeling the pull as that light extends and continues moving all the way down into the earth's core,
Feeling the sensation of being held and connected to the earth,
Knowing that you are so safe in this present moment,
Repeat after me,
I am safe,
I am supported,
I am safe,
I am held,
I am supported,
That's it and as you sit here,
Feeling connected to the earth,
You begin focusing on your breath,
Breathing in through the nose for four counts and out through the mouth for eight counts,
Breathing in with me,

Really feeling yourself relax into this moment,
And feeling how just letting go of anything longer serves you in this moment,
As you're sitting here,
Feeling connected to the earth,
You very gently bring your awareness,
Makes you feel uneasy,
Insecure,
Unstable,
Asking yourself what and where this emotion is stemming from,
And to come through,
Showing you the message,
Showing you the lesson,
The learning,
How as you're feeling connected to the earth,
Connected to your body,
You are so safe in this moment,
You are supported in yourself,
Holding yourself,
It is safe to let go,
That this may take a few times to let this emotion to process,
And that's okay,
These conditions,
This conditioning,
These beliefs rooted so strongly within us,
Releasing them,
Comes in stages and layers,
So just be gentle,
And come back to this meditation,
Anytime you're feeling uneasy,
Ungrounded,
You need to let go,
I invite you to begin wriggling your toes,
Wriggling your fingers,
And gently bringing your awareness back to this moment,
Reminding yourself that you are safe,
You always were,
As you can reconnect to yourself,
And it is often our perception,
Or a past situation,
That is creating these sensations of anxiety,
Making us feel ungrounded in the moment,
