Transcript

The beauty of grief.

Grief.

Oh,

Grief.

One of the most powerful emotions we can experience as human beings.

Yet,

We resist it.

We hold it back.

We suppress.

We oppress it.

Because when we do,

Fully allow it,

Accept it,

It feels like we may drown.

The heaviness dragging us down.

Down.

Down.

Yet,

When we surrender into the flow of life,

The river of life,

The flow of grief,

It will remind us that we're still alive.

We're full of life that we love and are loved.

And until this body is returned to the earth,

It's animated with breath,

With flowing blood,

With beating heart.

What a magnificent miracle to have lived,

To have loved,

To experience this temporary place and to feel this deeply.
