Hi friends,

Welcome to our mantra meditation Find a comfortable seated position either on a chair with your feet flat on the ground or on a cushion with your legs crossed place your hands on your knees or in your lap and Gently close your eyes Take a few deep breaths to settle into the present moment Bring your attention to your body Take a moment to notice any areas of tension or tightness With each exhale allow these areas to soften and release Feel your body becoming more grounded and relaxed shift your focus to your breath Inhale deeply through your nose and Exhale slowly through your mouth feel the natural rhythm of your breath as You breathe in Say to yourself inhale and as you breathe out say exhale This helps anchor your attention to the present moment now bring a simple Mantra to mind it could be a word like peace love or calm Or even a short phrase like I am at ease Choose something that resonates with you And as you inhale silently repeat the first part of the mantra and As you exhale repeat the second part So for example if your mantra is peace You would silently say peace on the inhale and peace on the exhale Continue to repeat your chosen mantra with each breath If your mind starts to wander gently bring it back to the mantra Allow the repetition to create a sense of focus and inner stillness Feel the vibration and Meaning of the mantra resonating within you as We conclude this mantra meditation Take a moment to sit in stillness Notice how you feel in this present moment Gently bring your palms together in front of your heart Expressing gratitude for this time of meditation When you're ready gently open your eyes Carry the sense of calm and centeredness with you as you continue your day Thank you for sharing this practice with me.
