Hi friend,

Welcome to our chakra meditation Find a comfortable seated or lying down position Take a few deep breaths to center yourself in the present moment Close your eyes and allow your awareness to turn inward visualize a grounding cord Extending from the base of your spine into the earth picture roots Growing from this cord Anchoring you securely to the ground Take a moment to feel the stability and connection Shift your attention to the base of your spine The location of your root chakra Envision a bright vibrant red energy wheel spinning here with each breath Allow this energy to expand promoting a sense of security and grounding repeat the affirmation I am grounded and I am secure Move your focus to the center of your chest where your heart chakra resides picture a green energy wheel expanding with love and compassion Inhale allowing love to fill your heart Exhale releasing any tension Repeat the affirmation.

I am love and I am compassionate Direct your attention to the top of your head where the crown chakra is located Imagine a bright violet energy wheel with each breath Feel this energy connecting you to the universe opening your mind to higher consciousness repeat the affirmation I am connected to the divine and I am open to higher wisdom Take a few deep breaths Gradually bringing your awareness back to the present moment Wiggle your fingers and toes And when you're ready gently open your eyes Express gratitude for this time spent balancing and align your chakras and Carry the sense of balance and harmony with you as you continue your day Thank you for sharing this practice with me.
