Honouring your needs,
Go ahead and find a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to relax and settle.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze and take a deep cleansing breath in.
As you slowly exhale,
You're releasing any tension from the day and just tuning into the surface beneath you as you ground into this present moment.
With each breath,
Imagine a gentle radiant light surrounding you,
A protective yet flexible boundary,
Inviting in love and kindness while keeping out what does not serve you.
Silently or out loud,
Affirm to yourself,
I honour my energy by setting clear and loving boundaries.
Repeat that silently or out loud.
Let's repeat it again.

Now sit with that feeling as if it's already taking place,
In your power,
Clear and confident.

Taking notice of how you feel in this moment,
And if any discomfort arises,
Just acknowledge it with kindness,
Knowing that boundaries are an act of self-respect and self-compassion.
Allow yourself to bring your awareness back to your breath.

You're gently releasing any guilt or hesitation.
