You may choose to sit or lay down,
Placing your attention and your awareness on your breathing.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath in from your belly,
Holding in for the count of three.
One,
Two,
Three,
And out through your mouth.
Again deep breath in,
Hold in for the count of three,
Counting down,
Three,
Two,
One,
And out through your mouth.
Imagining now walking down a path that is leading you into a deep unknown forest.
On this path all you see are trees with green lush bushes and the leaves hanging from the trees.
You hear all the animals making their distinct noises and the birds electric sounds moving closer to you.
They too are peeking and wondering who their visitor is.
Moving away with unusual vibrations that send you further down the path,
You wonder,
Where am I going?
Without stopping you continue walking down the path.
Through the thickness you feel a branch touching your leg.
As you look down,
You feel called to grab hold of the branch using it to maneuver your way into the deep lush forest.
You stop on your track for a moment to realize you can smell,
Feel,
And hear an ocean nearby.
Will you see this ocean soon?
Your heart pumps with joyous feelings.
You look through the trees to see if you can see it.
Right now you only see peaks of sun rays that burst through the big leaves.
That canopy over your head,
The sun rays shining down into your eyes,
The rush of letting go into this body of water feels thrilling.
You can't wait.
Move quickly taking a few more steps into the forest to get to the ocean view.
You realize you're walking up to the sand on your feet.
It's warm.
From cool forest to warm.
One step after the other into the white warm sand,
Moving you closer to the shoreline.
As you place yourself there,
The wind in your hair and your face,
The cold dryness of the air through your clothes and on your body,
You stop for a moment,
Pause to catch your breath.
Taking one deep breath here,
Fall and sink into your natural rhythm.
Moving your feet into the soft sand,
Pushing it deeper down and grounding your energetic body.
The sun beaming down your face,
The breaking sound of the waves hitting against each other.
The branch you are still holding,
You now throw it down.
Whatever it is you felt called to be here right now was for a reason.
Your attention is now towards the soothing water that is exchanging your letting go.
The tingling of excitement is fusing you with replenished energies,
Twirling you in the vortex of this tourist field.
You hold onto your body as this magnetic grounding connects you back to your spirit.
You move your awareness to your heart.
As you place your hands over your heart,
Feel the sensation of joy being here in this beautiful secluded island.
How are you feeling in love for such beauty you have found?
Take a deep breath,
Inhale and exhale.
Now as you move your awareness to your lungs,
You place your hands over your chest,
Feeling your breathing over your chest.
You notice you need to slow it down,
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
This time breathing out through your mouth.
Release all the tension that is making you feel attached.
Can you smell the ocean?
What does it smell like?
As you relax your head,
Your shoulders,
Your arms and spread your fingertips,
You let go once more,
Allowing all elements around you work through you.
You now move your awareness and place your hands to your lower back,
Giving yourself and your spine the support you need at this moment.
What is on your mind?
Can you hear the sounds around you?
What are you listening to?
As you begin to move your awareness and place one hand on each side of your ribs,
Connecting to your breathing and connecting to your overstimulating mind,
You let your thoughts run itself till the end,
Until you are not thinking any thoughts.
Take a deep breath here and sink into your natural breathing.
As you move your awareness to your eyes,
Place both hands over your eyes and give yourself a moment to feel the darkness and the stillness,
Hearing the sounds around you,
The sand under your feet.
As you dig your toes and your feet deeper into the sand,
Feel the sinking of your legs grounding you,
Connecting your body as you lengthen and strengthen your spine.
Take another deep breath in as you let your hands go.
Take in a new view of your surrounding,
Letting go and feeling safe.
You know you have found a place where you can come back at any time to transmute and rejuvenate.
You now begin your way back home,
Turning around back into the lush forest,
Passing through sounds of the forest and silent of the ocean,
Coming closer and back into your awareness,
Back into your body and back into the space you're in.
When you are ready,
Slowly come back.
One breath inhale through your nose and exhale the count of one,
Two,
Three.
Wiggling your fingers and you're feeling your toes,
Slowly open your eyes.
One,
Two,
Three.
Wiggling your fingers and you're feeling your toes.
