Let's begin by placing your awareness to your breathing.
Take a deep breath in through your belly,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Dropping your shoulders and relaxing your body.
Taking another deep breath,
Inhale,
Exhale and fully dropping your body once more.
Making yourself comfortable wherever you are,
Continue to breathe naturally a few more times.
Imagine now arriving at an open field into a landscape bare and mysterious,
Where you hope to see and experience the aurora borealis.
You have waited a long time.
Time has finally come for this magical dance of lights to be seen for the first time in your life.
You look around,
Taking a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Feel the presence of being alone.
There's no one here.
Clear your thoughts and let all that you were thinking before you got here slowly drift away.
Those thoughts are no longer needed at this very moment.
You look around once more,
Placing your awareness to your breathing.
Inhale,
Exhale naturally.
You take in this beautiful landscape that is surrounding you.
Even though it is dark and cold outside,
You start to feel the vibration of wind picking up rushing through your body.
Feel the coldness on your face,
The chills going down to your fingers,
Through your gloves,
Down to your toes,
And the muffle of sound through your hood.
You feel the anticipation.
It is ever exciting but calming.
There's no need to be anywhere,
Only here.
A few moments pass when you start to feel more wind currents enter the atmosphere against the bare area where you are standing.
Picking and moving you up off your feet,
Throwing you off balance,
Making you look up,
Gasping at the billion stars across the horizon sky.
If this is all you see tonight,
It is okay.
As you let go,
You wait and pause,
Twirling your inner child around to take in a billion stars you have never seen before.
Sitting down and holding your balance to catch your breath,
Inhale through your nose and let go with an exhale.
Suddenly a crackling noise and shimmering dance of green appears across the sky.
The electric wave frequency causes a speechless awe as you stand with the static excitement,
Waiting for more.
The spectacular solar winds pick up in the sky and transmit a radio-like frequency louder and louder.
As the instantaneous change of colors distribute its symphony,
You ground your feet,
Losing yourself in time and space at this very moment.
The luminous colors change from green to blue,
Mixing yellow,
White,
Pink and purple.
It is the most magnificent sight you have ever seen,
A swirling dance.
Finally,
It is your time to see the rave of an orchestra all to yourself.
You remember,
A story was told when you come here.
Some find answers and find the auroras call to the spirit.
Hearing more crackling echo up in the sky,
The swirling starts to shape-shift its color into faces.
A sound and whisper static comes closer and closer to you.
Something is transmitting a signal in your ear.
Something wants to speak to you.
Or is it in your mind?
By the spark of light that will ignite your memory is all you hear.
As a rush of magnetic sensation brush up against your body,
Going down your head,
To your shoulders,
Down your legs.
Taking another deep breath,
Inhale and exhale,
Letting go.
The mesmerizing dance of light is capturing the lost of time.
It's been a while now.
You should head back inside.
When you are ready,
Gather your whole being and slowly come back to your body,
Into this space,
And slowly come back.
Slowly moving your toes,
Wiggling your fingers,
And moving your neck,
And stretching your shoulders.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Remember.
To be continued.
