Dear Insight Timer community,
I'm Allison.
We're gonna gather today to do a meditation.
Where you will be able to connect to a specific vision that mother earth has for you for the new earth To get started,
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in.
Imagine yourself sinking into the surface beneath you as you feel the ground.
Like a giant sponge that's absorbing all of the weight,
All of the heaviness of your body.
All your feelings.
All your thoughts that you want to release.
All the confusion and doubt.
Let all of that be recycled.
Into the energy.
The powerful energy of Mother Earth.
And let that energy invite you to sink all the way into the earth.
And as you sink into the earth,
To know intuitively where You're ready to journey too.
Be open to wherever You feel guided.
Whether you know this place or you don't.
Go with the flow.
And as you arrive there through time,
Space,
And motion deep in the earth,
Notice try to notice where you are and that there is a cavern that you've arrived inside of.
There's a trail,
A path.
Deep inside the earth that's flowing from this cavern as a stream of water.
You follow the sound of the water and the light.
That's at the end.
Of this water path.
You keep walking deeper and deeper.
And you notice that the light is getting brighter.
And it's keyhole.
Some sort of door,
Gate,
Notice what it looks like.
And as you arrive,
Ask Mother Earth to help you understand,
Navigate.
Create.
The key.
To cross this threshold.
You place your hand out.
You notice what happens as you do.
Where is the key coming from?
How are you receiving it?
What does it look like?
You hear a request You feel that there's something that specifically you need to let go of.
As you enter through this gate,
This door,
This threshold.
And as you receive the key,
You look at the key.
And you notice any symbols.
Colors.
Messages from the key.
When you're ready,
You place the key inside.
A keyhole.
Which opens you up.
To a vision of the new earth that's specifically created for you.
You step inside.
You look around.
You activate all of your senses.
You smell.
You're hearing New touch.
You're knowing Your tears.
You in your vision as you open your eyes.
And see.
And notice.
And feel and here.
And experience.
What is all around you as messages from Mother Earth.
From deep inside the earth.
From this grounded energy.
Truth.
Of deep knowing.
Guidance.
Asking for whatever now you need to receive to take back.
With you into your life.
And to share and to create with the world to form.
A much better place from the darkness.
The illusion.
That the world is experiencing now.
You take all of this with you.
And you ask if there is any.

Physical object that you need to give back.
From this cavern.
And this new earth vision.
To the world.
To your world.
You notice if there's anything.
A message.
Or something physical.
A relic.
Guide you on your journey.
Knowing you can always come back to this space.
The water starts to flow.
Upward against gravity.
You follow the stream.
You follow the water.
As it guides you back.
Through space.
You fill up your space with light as you come into your world.
Renewed.
Energy to share.
New earth energy and vision to hold you during this time.
New earth energy and vision to share.
And to create with an open heart and deeper understanding of your purpose.
Your soul's purpose.
Slowly and gently roll your shoulders.
Open your eyes.
Welcome back.
And take a moment to process and you can write down anything that you want to journal about or remember,

Collectively so we can all build our specific gift.
From Mother Earth.
Into the new earth.
