Alisha Musicant

Alisha's approach to meditation is trauma-informed and emphasizes attuned somatic awareness. She is a somatic therapist and yoga teacher, with a background as a bodyworker, biodynamic craniosacral therapist, perinatal nurse, and long-time practitioner of mindfulness meditation. In her teaching, she integrates a sensitive understanding of the nervous system with meditation, in order to support individuals in accessing deeper states of regulation, groundedness, and peace. Alisha brings a grounded, intuitive, and loving presence to her meditation & yoga teachings, and seeks to empower her students to access their own inherent wisdom.
