I am a Health & Happiness Coach with a qualification from IIN, a diploma in Meditation Tuition, and a student in advanced Mindfulness. In 2016, I was diagnosed with clinical depression, PTSD, insomnia, and an eating disorder after two unexpected life events turned my world upside down. I refused medical intervention and drugs in favour of lifestyle practices, where meditation, mindfulness, exercise, rest, sleep and the right nourishment were my prescription to heal me back to happiness.

Thank you for this Visualisation 🙏🏻 I almost do that everyday and it’s always a new adventure. It’s the first visualisation where I feel so peaceful and amazing after! I met so many amazing spirits as well, it’s crazy to know that we can talk with different spirits, who might be angels or guides ✨ I really recommend it 💖

Gosh, thank you. I see myself very differently now. Like most people I'm sure, I have been confused about my true nature and what is important to me having been clouded by years of lifes conditioning and nurturing. But this visualising has really helped me see what my truest desires are. Whenever I feel lost in the future, I shall try and recall this.
