Hello and welcome to the self-love meditation practice.
Please find a comfortable seat or you can lay down if that is more comfortable for you.
Just in a position where you can rest while being awake and present.
Let's take a deep breath in and out to be settled in the body.
I'd first like to welcome and thank our beautiful bodies for being here with us during this practice,
Supporting us and keeping us healthy and strong.
Thank you to ourselves for showing up,
Taking this time out of our busy day to sit,
To listen,
To breathe,
To let go and surrender into love.
Thank you.
I would also like to invite our child selves here to be here with us either sitting on our laps or sitting in our arms knowing that we are safe,
We are supported and we are loved.
During this practice,
May we be grounded in the loving earth energy,
May we feel supported by the ground beneath us.
Thank you mama earth for nourishing our bodies with fresh food and water and clean air to breathe every single day.
Thank you for sharing your beauty with us through the trees,
The flowers,
The dirt,
The grass,
The animals and the people around us.
I love you.
During this practice,
May we invite our angels and guides of the most divine love to surround us in this golden warm light,
Grounding this practice,
Our bodies,
Our energy,
Our spirit in unconditional love.
May anything that we learn from this practice be shared with everyone in the name of the highest love and light.
Now as we sit here feeling the ground beneath us,
Feeling this connection to the earth,
We begin to pay attention to our breath,
Noticing the rise and fall,
Noticing how deep the breath is.
There is no judgment,
Just observing the nature of the breath,
Allowing the breath to breathe as we simply can be.
You may put your hand on your heart center to feel this touch,
This connection to your breath and body,
Feeling the rise and fall,
The rise of the in-breath and the fall of the out-breath,
Just allowing whatever comes to be and slowly,
Slowly pass.
Whatever thoughts may arise,
Simply observing and then letting go.
Now may we focus on our heart space,
Becoming aware of any sensation or feeling,
Any images that come to us,
Maybe a temperature or color,
Simply observing what's there.
May we send unconditional love to this space,
To this body.
With every in-breath,
We fill our whole being with unconditional love,
Feeling the energies,
The vibration of love within our being.
Take a deep breath here and feel this unconditional love radiate within you and around you.
I love you.
I honor you.
I accept you.
I trust you.
May you repeat these phrases,
These phrases either silently to yourself or out loud until you feel the power within you,
Until you feel this love within you.

You may continue to repeat these phrases as much as you need,
Envisioning this unconditional love entering your body on every in-breath,
Allowing your body to soak in this beautiful love and light that you are.
Take three deep breaths here.
May we know the love that we are.
May we believe in the love that we are.
May we know the love that we are.
I am a being of light and love.
I love and I value all of the wonderful qualities that I possess.
From this moment forward,
I will value and I will honor myself knowing that I am part of God's creation.
I am so worthy of love.
May these beautiful words settle into your body,
Filling every part of yourself,
Every cell with unconditional love.
As we allow for this love,
This new heightened awareness to integrate into our bodies,
May we remember to be kind,
Compassionate,
Forgiving of ourselves.
May you know that you are always guided in love,
To love,
With love.
I wish that we may all be guided in love with ourselves every single day.
You can slowly bring movement back into the body,
Wiggling your toes or fingers,
Slowly batting the eyes open and looking around you,
Feeling this love that you have cultivated within yourself.
