Now bring your attention to your navel center,
The space behind your belly button.
Take a long,

Deep breath into the center,
Becoming familiar with it.

Now bring your attention to your solar plexus,
The space that's two inches above your belly button.
Take a long,

Deep breath into the center.

Now bring your attention to the center of your chest,
To your heart.

Deep breath into the center,
Feeling your heart.
And when you're ready,

Releasing and relaxing any tension from this area.
Now bring your attention to your throat center.

Deep breath into the center,
Familiarizing yourself with this area in your body,
Holding it here for a moment,
Just relaxing.
And when you're ready,

Now bring your attention to your pineal center,
Located in the middle of your head.
Keeping your attention here,
Take a long,

Deep breath into the center.

And now the last one.
Bring your attention to your crown center,
Located at the top of your head.
Take a long,

Now we're going to connect all of these centers together and activate them,
Bringing them into harmony and alignment.
Start by bringing your attention to your pelvic center.

Exhale all of the air out of your nose and holding and tightening your pelvic floor muscles as you do so.
Start to inhale through your nose,
Pulling this energy that's stored here.
Pull it up to your navel center through your solar plex,
Heart through your throat to your pineal gland,
Pulling up to your crown center while continuing to hold a contraction in your pelvic floor.
Follow your breath up your spine,
Keeping your attention here into your head and your crown.

There is a sweet smell in the air and the air feels moist and clean.
It leaves a soft,
Sweet taste of honey nectar in your mouth that is curious and a pleasant experience.
You notice a feeling of loving and nurturing energy that is familiar to you and you feel completely at peace.
Looking down the stairs,
You begin to descend,
Feeling your feet as they touch each step.
You feel a drifting,
Floating,
Calm feeling capturing you.
Taking another step,
Looking down into this beautiful crystal cave,
You continue to descend,
Going down deeper and deeper.
You feel completely relaxed and calm as you descend deeper and deeper.
Taking another step down,
Looking down,
Moving deeper into this crystal cave,
You feel a little sleepy and drowsy,
But you're awake.
You reach the last step and now you are standing in this beautiful purple crystal cave.
It's shimmering and glistening.
It's magical and mystical.
There is an omnipresence that is familiar to you here.
You feel safe and surprisingly warm in this amethyst cave.
The prism rainbows of light move in a coherent vibration.
It's medallic and harmonic.
Deep purple,
Light violet,
And yellow citrine crystals cascade from the ceiling,
Pooling into the floor,
Creating a glowing earth beneath you.
The air is sweet and has a beautiful haze of purple and violet.
You have an overwhelming feeling of a buoyance that washes over you.
You sit down in the middle of the room.
There's a calm,
Gentle warmth that is surrounding you.
It's loving and motherly.
Your heart begins to open,
Blooming like a beautiful pink peonies.
Pedal by pedal,
Expanding and growing bigger and bigger,
Unfolding,
Engulfing your entire body,
And then the room.
The words,
You are so loved and you are so loving,
Are being whispered in your ear.
There is a sense of harmony,
Of wonder,
Of enchantment here,
And you feel connected with this energy.
And then you realize it's from within you,
All around you.
You are part of it and it is part of you.
There is void of separation and you are fully connected with this loving energy.
It is accepting an unconditional love and you are allowing and enraptured in this eternal moment of foreverness,
Of endless boundless love that is within every cell of your body,
Shimmering and glistening with vibrance.
It's pure and vulnerable,
It's transparent,
Authentic,
And it's you.
It's radiating from you,
From your big juicy heart.
It's pouring out through you.
You are a fountain of love.
It's infinite and eternal.
It's the foreverness of forever and ever and ever.
Joy and freedom are swirling around you,
Opening your heart even more.
Love is in the air and all around you.
Now it's time to take this feeling,
This love,
And send it out into the world and share this love.

Give it away.
The more love you give,
The more love you receive.
Feel it and love.

See and feel the circle of energy,
