Alice is a certified yoga teacher in vinyasa, pranayama, restorative yoga and yoga nidra. Her style of teaching ranges from dynamic practices to calming and grounding techniques to slow down and rest. Influenced by her past challenges with PTSD, she aims to promote healing and self-love to her students through movement and breath. Adopting a regular yoga practice gave her the tools to navigate through her anxiety and emotions and connect with herself at a deep level. She wants to share an everyday practice that helps build confidence and self-appreciation.
