Sometimes life gets the better of us and we may need a little pick-me-up to raise our vibrations to those of happiness, success, and fulfillment. This meditation will help you with just that. Within 10 minutes of listening to this meditation, your vibrational frequency will be elevated and you will feel more equipped to take on whichever future challenges your day may throw at you, and most importantly, attract more beauty and success into your life. Hey there,

Thanks for giving this meditation a try and wanting to raise your vibrational frequency.

You may be feeling doubtful,

Underappreciated,

Uncertain or depressed and oftentimes it may feel like it's out of your hands.

That feeling can sometimes be disheartening and leave us not knowing how to get out of it,

And if unattended to,

Low,

Mediocre frequencies can invite more turmoil and negativity into our lives.

The good news is that it's not too hard to shift your vibrations to those of a higher frequency and that will inevitably help you manifest a more fulfilling and positive day.

All it takes is a little guidance.

Begin by closing your eyes,

Ensure your back is in an upright position and together let's take a deep breath in through the nose,

As deep as you can,

Slowly exhale.

As you breathe out,

Relax a little further,

As you feel a little lighter,

Together let's take another deep breath in through the nose,

And now hold and relax your muscles while you're holding,

And relax your body as you breathe out,

And you're fully exhaled.

Let's find our place in the breath,

Notice the rhythm of your breath,

The pace at which you're breathing,

And if thoughts seep in,

That's perfectly normal,

Just take note of those thoughts and gently go back to your breath.

Take note of the sensations of the air flowing in and out of your nostrils,

Notice how the air feels as you breathe in and out.

Take note of how your body moves and responds to the breath,

Your chest expanding and contracting with each inhale and exhale,

Your belly inflating and deflating with each in and out breath.

You sense your shoulders moving a little as you breathe,

Check in with your muscles and if they've tensed up unconsciously,

Try to relax your muscles,

And as you're exploring your breath,

What positive emotion do you feel you resonate with the most?

Love,

Gratitude,

Empathy,

Compassion.

Imagine how you feel when you express this emotion.

How do you express this emotion?

In what way?

Take a few moments to explore this.

Now what positive qualities or traits resonate with you most?

Patience,

Joy or playfulness,

Confidence,

Courage,

Resilience or creativity.

See if you can identify which of these traits you feel most define you,

And now think of an achievement or a milestone that brings you pride.

How do you feel when you reflect on this accomplishment?

What strengths helped you achieve it?

And as you do so,

Take note of how your body feels.

How does your body respond to these acknowledgments?

Now think of someone in your life whom you appreciate.

Someone who brings the best out of you.

How do you feel when you are around them?

Happy,

Confident,

Valued,

Ambitious.

I'd like you to explore those feelings that surface when you bring this person to mind.

Think of a passion or a hobby,

Something that brings you joy and fulfillment.

How do you feel when you are immersed in this activity?

What energy does it awaken within you?

Really live engaging in this activity in your mind's eye and notice how you feel when you bring it into your mind.

Now I'm going to ask from you to say something nice to yourself,

Like you're complimenting a friend or someone you love.

Go ahead and say something nice to you.

And together let's take a deep breath in through the nose as deep as you can.

Slowly exhale,

Relax a little further as you breathe out.

As we wrap up and bring this meditation to a close,

Try thinking of something about your life that you are grateful for and follow it up with a why.

Why are you grateful for this thing?

I'll give you a few moments and when you do acknowledge that,

Notice how you feel when you bring it to mind and explore those emotions.

I'm going to count now from one to 10 and when I reach 10,

You will open your eyes and feel a million dollars with stronger and higher vibrational frequencies and a higher sense of internal fulfillment ready to take on whichever challenges come your way.

Let's begin.
