
Guided Meditation to Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind

This guided meditation includes one of my personal methods to reprogram your subconscious mind from experiencing things that you don't want anymore, to experiencing things that you do want in your life. Sit back, follow the guidance, and enjoy the journey!
Transcript
I invite you to sit or lay in a comfortable position.
It can be on the bed,
Or in a chair,
Or maybe in the lotus position.
Whatever brings you more comfort.
Now,
I invite you to close your eyes.
Now simply put awareness on your body.
Feel its heaviness,
Its aliveness.
Now let's dive even deeper into your inner world.
I want you to focus on your heart now.
Feel how it beats for you unconditionally.
Feel how it happens for you with no effort required.
Now put awareness on your breath and take a few breaths.
Realize how the breath is also happening by default.
It simply happens effortlessly.
There's nothing required from you.
You see,
Life happens to us every single moment with no effort.
And when we realize this,
We realize how blessed we are to be alive and how simply and easy our journey can be.
Because we are conscious creators,
There are also some things we can have control over and be in charge of.
And that is our vibration and what we think and feel,
Which ultimately dictates our lives and what we attract in our life on a daily basis.
In the next practice,
I'm going to guide you to take control over what you feel,
To shift your vibration and therefore rewire your mind from anything that simply doesn't serve you anymore.
I recommend you to keep your eyes closed throughout the entire practice.
But if you wish,
You can take some breaks and open them if maybe this process is too intense for you.
However you wish.
Now let's begin rewiring your subconscious.
I will use a method that I learned which is the most simplest and powerful.
I like to call this method the switch method.
So let's start.
With your eyes closed,
I want you to invite in the feeling,
The emotion,
The pattern or behavior that you want to rewire.
Only you know what this is for you at this moment.
But I will give you some examples and guidance.
Maybe it is a feeling of being unworthy,
Which is usually the case.
Or maybe you feel angry,
Frustrated,
Anxious,
Self-critical,
Judgmental towards yourself.
Or whatever uncomfortable feeling,
Emotion or behavior arises.
Just call this emotion,
Pattern,
Behavior,
Whatever it is,
Call it in your presence right now.
Feel it and sit with it for a while.
Allow yourself to fully surrender to this feeling now.
There is no resistance,
No fight,
No pressure.
Just your awareness and the presence of this feeling.
Now feel it deeper without engaging with it.
If it creates some stories,
Some tension,
Know that that's okay.
It is very normal.
Now keep focusing even more on the feeling without engaging.
I will let you a few moments with it.
Remember throughout this process to simply breathe and keep a conscious breath throughout the entire time.
Just keep breathing and keep feeling.
Feel how it makes you feel.
Feel how it can control your present moment.
But also feel that right now as you are present with it,
It has no power over you.
Simply allow it to be.
Full acceptance.
Now you can stop.
Now you can simply release this feeling.
Just one more thing.
I want you to send it love.
Send love to that feeling.
Send love to that behavior or pattern.
Forgive and send love to the aspect of you that makes you feel this way.
Know that it is okay to feel these emotions.
In fact,
It is the only way you can release them and rewire them.
Give yourself lots of forgiveness and unconditional love.
Put your hands on your heart and repeat after me.
I love myself.
I forgive myself.
I love myself.
I forgive myself.
I love myself.
I forgive myself.
No matter what.
Now it's time to rewire it.
What I want from you is to switch to the opposite of how you just felt.
For example,
If you felt unworthy,
Then I want you to feel worthy now.
If you felt angry,
Then I want you to feel at peace now.
If you felt anxious,
I want you to feel courageous now.
If you felt frustrated,
I want you to feel satisfied now.
If you felt judgmental with yourself,
I want you to celebrate yourself now.
Whatever your main feeling was,
Simply switch it with the opposite.
I will guide you through this now.
Simply feel how does it feel to be worthy,
To be courageous,
To be satisfied,
To forgive and celebrate yourself.
Simply feel this in your body,
In your heart.
Now go deeper.
Feel even deeper.
Feel even more.
Allow your vibration to rise.
Visualize and feel how the world feels you,
How the world sees you,
How the world interacts with you.
Visualize and feel how you would interact with this version of you.
How you would treat yourself if you would feel worthy,
If you would feel all of these pleasant emotions,
Whatever they are.
And congrats,
You have successfully rewired your subconscious.
This is how you regulate yourself and simply and effectively do every transmutation and calibration.
Further on,
Please be aware of the next things.
Sometimes some memories from the past might show up after this process.
These memories are most probably connected with traumas,
Conditionings and anything that made you feel this way during your life.
Just be compassionate and patient with yourself.
Send yourself more love each time these memories might show up.
Also know that this goes in layers sometimes.
For example,
If a specific event in your life traumatized you to feel unworthy,
Then other events might happen to you as a result of the initial event.
It goes like a ripple effect.
Simply allow yourself to go through all of these layers each time they appear and use this practice every single time you feel is beneficial for you.
It can be just five minutes and it doesn't matter where you are and what you are doing.
You can always use this.
Remember to simply feel the heaviness of the moment and then switch it to the opposite and how you want to feel.
Either you use this practice for your sole purpose or maybe in your relationships and simply generally in life.
It doesn't really matter.
Your choice.
This is a tool that helped me tremendously and I hope it helps you as well.

I like that it’s very feelings and emotions based, not a “intellectual” practice - reminds me of what is recommended by the ancient yogis: when a negative feeling / emotion / thought arises - replace it with a positive one! 🤩

A little less talking or repeating things would make this guided meditation even better. It’s hard to concentrate on an emotion when you’re giving 20 examples and mentioning all these different emotions. Too much mental noise. Apart from that it’s an extremely straight forward and beneficial meditation

Thank you for explaining about sometimes going through “layers” afterwards… I’m experiencing that through some events of the last 2 weeks, and I have wondered if I was going backwards—though now I see and feel with a quiet “knowing” that the layers are part of the process. Thank you! 🙏🏼✨
