This meditation is for anyone who's experienced a voluntary or involuntary interruption of pregnancy. Even if it wasn't in your own womb, you can visualize the womb as the space where you carried the connection to your child. In the womb, we will ask your spirit guides to come clear and integrate anything this space needs in order to heal. We will call onto your unborn child(ren), so that you can heal anything left pending between you. We will ask help from their spirit guides and angels, so they can move forward with what is next in their journey. We will also work on integrating your grief around this situation. *I recommend doing this meditation while sitting down, so you don't fall asleep.*
