This 9+ hour sleep meditation is designed to help you feel safe, protected, and deeply relaxed as you drift into rest. The meditation begins with a gentle prayer and intention for protection, calling in supportive guidance and setting clear energetic boundaries for the night. You’ll be guided to close your space to any lower-frequency interference, allowing your body and nervous system to feel safe enough to fully relax. From there, mindfulness practices help release lingering thoughts and soften tension in the body. The meditation then transitions into the calming 4-7-8 breathing technique — inhaling for 4 counts, holding for 7, and exhaling for 8 — gently settling the mind and guiding you toward sleep. The guidance gradually fades, allowing you to drift naturally into rest while the audio continues to support a peaceful, protected sleep throughout the night. Best listened to as you fall asleep.

Become aware of your breath.

Begin to visualize a golden light expanding in the center of your heart.

Allow this light to grow as it fills your entire body.

Repeat after me.

In the name of the I am that I am,

I command that while my body sleeps,

I travel only to the highest planes of divine light.

In the name of the I am that I am,

I command that my physical body be protected at all times while I sleep.

I call forward my guides,

Beings of light,

Following the divine plan,

To come and aid me throughout this process.

In the name of the I am that I am,

I command that the entire room in which I sleep be sealed off to any lower frequency interference,

Negative thought forms,

Evil eye,

Ill or bad intent aimed at me.

In the name of the I am that I am,

I ask to elevate the vibration of this entire room so that nothing of a lower frequency nature can align to me.

I ask that while my body sleeps,

It rests fully and regenerates in any way,

Shape or form for its highest good.

I ask that any and all psychic attacks sent while I sleep be returned to sender or taken to the highest consciousness of the creator of all that is.

Now I'm going to guide you into a deep sleep.

There is nothing else you need to do for tonight.

And if you find yourself thinking about something you can't change or control right now,

Allow it to float away from your mind.

Every time a thought pops in,

Visualize it like a little cloud,

Which you gently tap away with a feather.

Gently push the thought forms away.

Deepen your breath.
