Welcome to this mind-shifting routine.

So this is the stuff that works especially well when you are seeing that you are being wobbly,

In a wobbly energy,

That something is triggering you,

Something is taking you back where you don't want to be.

And it works best when you,

At the start especially,

Once you kind of get the energy,

Get the wobble under control,

If you do it every four to six hours during the day.

So you need to do it three times a day.

Set your timer and do it.

It will only take you a few minutes,

But it will immediately put you back into where you want to be and not allow the wobble to take over.

So what I'm going to do,

I'm going to talk you through the process first so that you know what you're getting yourself into.

There are four steps.

And then I will guide you through it in more like the relaxation,

At least the first part,

And you will understand very quickly why.

So the first,

The mind-shifting routine is made up of four steps.

Step one is discover the anchor point for the future vision.

Let me explain this one.

So what we want to do,

We want to get into a very quick visualization just now,

And we will look into visualizing the best future,

What you're trying to create,

What is the goal,

What is the end goal for you just now.

So you're going to visualize it for a few seconds.

You're going to create an anchor point and hold it for one minute.

So the anchor point can be you putting your thumb and your finger,

Whatever finger it is for you,

Together.

It could be you squeezing a part of your hand.

It could be you,

I don't know,

Pinching yourself,

Right?

Whatever it is,

You decide now,

Before we go into visualization,

You decide now what the anchor is for you.

My recommendation would be just squeezing your thumb and your either middle finger or your pinky or any of the fingers,

Pretty much.

Just decide which one it is.

I know some people have got those anchors created already for different things on their hands,

And they tell me,

Oh,

This finger is for health,

This finger is for this,

This finger is for that.

So pick a finger that is free,

Right?

Pick a finger that is not given a job yet and use this one for your future.

So create an anchor,

And we will hold it for one minute,

And then we will add a smell,

And we will hold that vision of the smell for one minute as well.

Now,

If you've got a specific smell,

I don't know if it's a perfume that reminds you of the future vision,

It's a good sign as well.

It's a good thing to use as well,

Because that will take you back.

So we're going to anchor the smell as well,

And we're going to stay in that for one minute,

And that's part one of the mind-shifting routine finished,

Right?

So we will discover the anchor point for the future vision.

Now,

Second part is dispel any negative beliefs and challenge them.

So once you've anchored yourself for the couple of minutes,

Step two of the process is actually,

Okay,

What am I thinking that I don't like to be thinking,

That I don't want to be thinking?

How can I challenge those beliefs?

We can challenge all of our beliefs.

We can reframe all of our beliefs,

But it's being conscious and it's being aware enough of those beliefs to be able to challenge them.

So you're going to take a few minutes just jotting down all the negative beliefs and challenging them.

Third part is dropping into your body.

So what we want is,

We've done the work on the mindset,

Right?

We've done the reframe of the negative beliefs.

We now want to drop into the body,

And you can dance.

You can go outside and ground yourself for a little while.

You can shake your body.

You can give yourself a squeeze.

It's very good for projectors,

Especially when you squeeze your arms,

Like you're giving yourself a hug.

Something that will allow you to feel your body and drop into your body.

If you're into fitness,

It might be something that,

I don't know,

Squats or something like this,

Right?

That is a good one as well,

As long as it drops into you,

Into the body,

As you feel it.

So that's step number three.

And step number four is detachment.

Get on with your life.

Move on.

You've already dealt with your negative issues,

Negative things that are coming up.

You're moving on with your life.

You're detaching from it,

And you're no longer going into this,

Why am I thinking this?

Why am I thinking this?

You've done your job.

You're moving on.

So just a reminder,

The mind-shifting routine needs to happen every four to six hours,

So at least three times a day,

Especially when you're in a wobble.

And the four points,

Four things that it entails is discover and use the anchor point for the future vision.

Second one is dispel any negative beliefs and challenge them.

Third one is drop into the body.

And fourth one is detach.

Easy peasy.

Now,

Okay,

Let's do the visualization.

Let's look into your best future together.

So now is the time when I will guide you through a little,

A very short visualization,

And where we will create the anchor point for you.

You will then use this anchor point,

Basically.

What's going to happen is we will create a new memory in your mind,

And every time you use the anchor point,

So for example,

You squeeze your fingers together,

You touch your fingers,

It will take you back to that memory.

So subconsciously,

On a subconscious level,

Every time you squeeze your fingers,

That memory will return.

Your body will feel that memory.

This is exactly what we want,

Okay?

We want it to be quick,

And we want it to remind your subconscious of the good vision that you've created.

Right,

Now is the time when you put down your pen and paper,

When you get yourself into a nice,

Comfortable position.

You can sit down,

You can lay down,

Whatever feels better for you.

It's only going to take us a few minutes,

So it's not going to be a long one.

But make sure you are not being disturbed,

You're not being distracted.

Whenever you're ready,

Gently close down your eyes,

And take a nice,

Deep breath.

Deep breath in,

And out,

And another one in.

And now I want you to imagine,

Imagine the version of your best future that already exists.

It's already out there,

And you're living it just now.

So what I want you to do,

I want you to imagine what your day looks like.

Where are you?

Who are you with?

What are you doing?

What does your best future look like now?

Are you at the beach?

Are you talking to clients?

Are you speaking on the stage?

Whatever it is,

It's perfect.

Imagine it now.

And now I want you to use all of your senses to be in it,

To be in that future vision.

See it with your eyes,

And just notice.

See what you see.

Can you smell it?

Smell what you can smell.

Is it the fresh breeze of the sea?

What can you hear?

What are the sounds that you are hearing just now?

Allow yourself to daydream,

Like,

Properly daydream.

Get yourself into that vibe.

And now I want you to intensify that emotion,

Like 10X it.

The feeling of happiness,

Gratitude,

Abundance,

Everything being exactly as you wanted it to be.

You being in it and you feeling bloody amazing.

Intensify it 10X that feeling,

That emotion,

That feeling in your body.

Feel it in every cell of your body now.

And once this energy,

This feeling is peaking in your body,

I want you to hold the anchor that you've picked,

Holding two fingers together,

Squeezing your heart,

Whatever it was for you.

Just hold the anchor and now hold it for one minute.

I will tell you when to stop,

But what you need to do is you need to hold it and you need to intensify the emotions as much as possible.

Like you want it to burst out of you.

The time starts now.

Okay,

Now let go of the anchor and feel yourself still in that future,

Best future for you.

Feel yourself in with all the emotions and smile.

Smile to yourself because it's already done.

You know it's already done.

Feel the happiness inside and the happiness will come outside as well.

You've got this girl.

Say it out loud to yourself.

You've got this girl.

We're doing it.

It's happening now.

And whenever you're ready,

Just gently wiggle your toes,

Move your fingers and come back to the space.

Open your eyes.

Now you've created an anchor and your body will realize,

It will recognize that every time you use the anchor,

You squeeze your fingers together,

It will take,

The subconscious will take itself back to that place you were in a few minutes ago.

And it's a very easy and very powerful technique that you can use on the spot.

Like you're on the bus,

You can squeeze your fingers and see yourself smiling.

You're on the toilet,

Right?

You can squeeze your fingers and see yourself smiling.

See yourself in there.

Now,

The next step that you can do now is add a smell to it.

So find a sense,

A smell that really speaks to you and you can connect it with your future self,

With your connected,

You can connect it with your future,

Best future.

So it can be a perfume that is really nice that you absolutely love.

It could be a candle,

A smell of a candle that is really nice,

But it can be something like,

I don't know,

Freshly baked bread,

Because this is your best future,

Right?

This reminds you of your good childhood.

This reminds you of certain things in your life.

And that is,

For you,

It's a representation of your best future as well.

So whatever it is for you,

Just pick one,

Smell it.

And at the same time as you're smelling it,

Hold your anchor for one minute as well.

So that is like a next level anchor you will create,

Which means that every time you touch your fingers,

Your subconscious will go back.

But also every time you smell the smell,

It will take you back.

And that's exactly what we want.

We want to be exposed to those anchors as often as it's possible,

As often as it's possible.

And then every time you have a wobble,

Every time something is happening and it's not going the way you want it to go,

You do this mind shifting routine.

And I'll just repeat it quickly.

At the minimum,

Do it every four to six hours during a day at the start.

And first,

You will get yourself into the anchor.

So you will use your anchor to get your subconscious into the state of your best future.

Second part will be you write down any negative beliefs that you've got at the moment and challenge them.

Third one would be drop into your body,

Dance,

Shake,

Ground yourself,

Whatever it is.

And fourth one is detach.

This will take you no longer than two minutes altogether.

So it could be a quick toilet break.

If you're in the meeting,

Something doesn't feel right and you need this few minutes for yourself just to ground yourself back in,

Go to the toilet and do this exercise very,

Very quickly.

And it will help you keep yourself exactly where you want to be.

Okay.
