So whenever we have any kind of disagreement in our relationships,

Especially with our partners,

Many times we have a tendency to try to not acknowledge that thing or try to say that's okay,

It doesn't matter,

Or you know,

Just try to keep it inside us thinking Oh,

They should have understood this,

They should realize it on their own.

Can't they even see that they did this wrong.

And because of this,

What happens is all of these things start piling up inside us,

And then they build and they burst.

So it's very,

Very important that every time if something upsets you bothers you even a little bit,

When you have cool down,

Share it and discuss it with your partner to come up with a solution that meets both of your needs.

And you don't carry any resentment for long term.

Because all these resentments eventually become health issues and diseases in our bodies.

And we don't want that.
