This meditation can help you with that but also can help create a shift on recurring patterns that you are struggling to shift. Think of recurring patterns that affect your physical level, your body, choices and routines.

Welcome.

We are delighted to spend some time with you today to open your hearts and minds to provide access,

Pathways and connections among and between the layers and levels of your physical system in this incarnation.

That you are a being of joy,

You are a being of light,

And you are an animal with a biological system with a body.

And that you may be aware that the way that you relate to your body and the things that your body feels and experiences and manifests are clues to who you are,

Clues to your purpose,

Clues to the lessons that you are here to learn as a soul.

You might be familiar with the idea of the microcosm and the macrocosm,

That things at the smallest level reflect things at the most expanded level.

You might say,

Well,

I just want to lose weight.

I just want to feel good in my body.

We want to help you with that today.

We also want you to open your minds and hearts to the possibility that your body is behaving perfectly,

That the extra weight or the sluggish feeling or a sense of disconnection you might be experiencing when you're eating or conflicting voices that you have inside of you.

The ways that you make yourself wrong.

Anything else that you bring as a question or a concern or a desire when you listen to this with us,

We are encompassing that with you now.

You think of a question or a concern,

A sensation in your body or an experience that you are repeating that you don't like or that you wish to change.

Think of that clearly now and open to the possibility that there might be something perfect about this,

That there might be something to open,

To learn,

Having to do with your purpose,

Having to do with the next steps of your embodiment as a soul and physical form.

Allowing yourself to feel that this can easily shift,

That in fact it is so easy to shift this pattern.

You might say it is not easy.

I've been trying my whole life.

I cannot do it.

We say to you,

What if it was easy?

What if it was so easy to shift it but that there is a reason why you are not shifting it?

Then what would you say next?

Well,

Then what is that reason?

That is what we would like to help you see,

To illuminate this for you,

To see the perfection and the beauty of your choices,

Of the situation exactly as it is so that you can decide if you would like to keep it or if you would like to shift it and to help provide you with the connection,

With the part of you that knows how to do this,

How to create the shift in the perfect timing for you in a way that is safe and comfortable for your system and in a way that the wholeness of you feels complete,

That the part of you who wants this particular experience feels satisfied and heard and loved so that there is completion and you can move on to the next lesson or goal or experience.

Good.

Just taking a breath now,

Seeing if you can relax your body,

Sinking into the surface upon which you sit or lie.

Taking a couple of deep breaths,

Feeling your rib cage expand when you breathe,

Feeling your pelvis,

Your tailbone,

Your hips and legs,

Your lower back being supported,

Your abdomen sinking down and being supported and held.

Allow all of the cells in your body to be bathed in a golden elixir that is now streaming into you.

This is your soul's light.

You might experience this as a stream of light,

A feeling of being supported in the area of your spine,

Pressure in the area of your head.

You could imagine angels or guides coming to you and holding you,

Cradling you.

You are supported and safe here.

You can let go and relax.

You might imagine that you are laying in grass that is soft,

Surrounded by the sound of birds or the visions of butterflies.

Or perhaps like you have dug a little hole in the earth and you are settling in and the earth feels so cool and comfortable.

Perhaps hearing a rushing stream while you lay down and rest.

Feeling the wind or the sun caressing your skin and that sense of your body being held and supported.

Good.

Just resting now and letting the sense of your body expand.

Almost melting into the earth now.

As if you and the earth now are beginning to blend.

That the sun is beginning to stimulate your heart and your body is expanding and your heart is growing in its illumination.

It is becoming a sphere of light.

And this sphere of light in your heart is beginning to stimulate the center of your brain.

That the glands in your brain are beginning to be activated and the pathways in your brain are beginning to illuminate that are related to your concern,

That are related to issues having to do with your weight and your relationship with your body.

Allowing guides or devas of light now.

You might imagine them holding your head in the back,

Cradling your head.

Good,

It might be that your brain stem is illuminating now or your pineal gland or pituitary gland.

Perhaps the amygdala somewhere in your brain.

And the light in your heart is beginning to communicate with your brain.

Just allowing yourself to rest and allow these connections to be made as a guide approaches you.

This is a guide that you have been working with who knows you very well from the time you have been a child perhaps.

You may know this guide or may have a sense of familiarity,

Comfort and safety with this guide.

So this guide is coming before you now to listen as you think about or transmit the image of or feel the experience that you would like to shift.

And this guide is stimulating and holding a resonance for you to find your inner knowing and that tone and vibration of your higher self and soul.

You could think of this guide almost like training wheels.

This guide is helping to bring forth and to illuminate the presence of the wisdom of your own guidance system of your own inner knowing as a soul,

As a greater consciousness.

And how that knowing and that consciousness flows from your soul into and through your human heart,

Into and through your brain,

Into and through your cells and your body as a whole.

Just allowing yourself to rest and breathe while these connections are being made.

Working with your diaphragm allowing your ribs to expand.

Remembering that your body is held and safe.

Perhaps thinking of your toes or the bottoms of your feet.

Being massaged and opening good releasing any tension that you might have in your body.

How is it that this experience is serving me?

Why is this pattern repeating in my life and manifesting through the pathways into my physical body in the way that they are?

Good.

And just allowing this guide to assist you as your whole system is shown.

You may or may not have consciousness about this.

Ask the question,

How is this pattern serving me?

Why have I kept it?

Why is it perfect?

And you can notice if some part of your mind was activated when we asked that question,

Why is it perfect?

There's a clue there for you.

If that happened for you,

Let the guide and guides who are here with you hold the dissonance of any response that flushed up.

Steady so that you can see it,

So that you can feel it and sense it.

Setting and expanding your rib cage.

Having the sense of the light of your heart glowing.

See if you can allow it once again to be full and open.

Good and just notice how that is for you.

See if you can allow the pathways of connection between your heart and your brain to flow.

Let these guides help you and the part of you that is an observer.

Just notice.

Good,

What is the root of this pattern,

Of this behavior,

Of this experience?

Why is it serving me?

Is there anything that I need to learn?

Is it still serving me?

Do I want to keep it?

Would it be okay to complete and move on?

Is it time to move on?

Good.

There is no right or wrong here.

Let yourself be curious.

Curious about your own body and what it needs and what it is trying to tell you.

If it is not time to complete this pattern,

That is okay.

You can come back tomorrow and look again.

You can think about ripening,

About taking next steps,

Being gentle with yourself and compassionate with yourself as you do this.

Ask your whole system to show you what your next steps are so that you can move toward completion so that you can learn what you need to learn.

Perhaps about getting your needs met.

Perhaps about feeling empowered.

Perhaps about being connected and present.

Notice if this light of your soul and greater consciousness that is streaming into your system wants to flow somewhere specific in your body.

To nourish that part of your body,

To love and embrace that part of your body and to help it grow.

To help it feel loved.

To help it get its needs met.

It might be your brain or your heart.

It might be your throat or your stomach or your intestines.

Just notice whatever you notice.

But where this healing light,

This conscious light that is you wants to flow and fill in in your system.

Your very wise system.

Good.

And feeling your body and letting yourself breathe,

Feeling the ribs expand.

What is my next step?

For some of you it might be that this pattern or experience is complete and that your body just needed to know that.

Lesson learned.

And so allow your whole system to know that it is complete.

Allow your whole system to receive support for releasing this pattern.

Let the light of your soul and greater consciousness assist you in releasing any attachments.

Anything that is holding this pattern in place if it is time to release it.

Allowing this light of your soul and greater consciousness to fill in to help you to create new patterns of health and well-being.

Thanking the parts of you that have so wisely helped you and acknowledging that it is time to move on,

That you are complete and that you are ready to come to a new level of wholeness,

Of integration and of embodiment.

Opening your feet,

Feeling your hips,

Your breath.

Good.

Your body supported now,

Supported by gravity,

Supported on earth.

You are an animal imbued with consciousness.

Having this guide now who has been with you,

Has been showing you and helping you.

Thanking the little devic beings and angels who have been with you,

Helping you.

And open to receive any transmissions or words.

An emanation of love from this guide.

Just open to receive.

Good.

Very good.

From your heart,

Emanating appreciation and gratitude and allowing these beings to dissipate in your awareness.

Thank you for showing me,

Illuminating,

Helping me heal and grow and liberate myself and love myself and accept my own beauty and perfection.

Thank you for letting them go.

You can always come back here and work with them again,

And breathing once again and allowing this light of your soul and greater consciousness to continue like an elixir.

Filling you or coating you with this sense of this golden elixir.

Breathing any places that are raw or feel exposed.

Creating a sense of wholeness,

Of being nourished,

Safe and satisfied.

Allow yourself to imagine that you have a clear and luminous boundary about you.

And remember that you are held safely on the earth.

Thanking the earth for her wisdom and support.

Releasing your blending in the body of the earth if you have not yet done so.

And finding the luminous energy boundary about you and beginning to feel the boundary of your skin.

Going back to being fully present in your body.

Finding the weight of yourself and your breath.

Your fingers and your toes.

The top of your head,

Your root and tail.

Your front and your back.

A sense of your bones.

The structure,

The core of your body of structure.

Remembering that illumined heart of yours.

Very very nice.

As you are coming back now,

You can trace through the experiences that you have had.

You can allow your mind to remember any of the guidance or wisdom that you received about next steps or about anything you might need to know or remember to help you.

To support you on your next steps.

To creating the healthy,

Beautiful body that you love and that you feel great living inside of.

Very good.

Continuing to come back now resting and integrating.

Having yourself fully present,

Clear,

Centered,

Present and ready for your day.

Very good.
