Can money be spiritual? What is your current homeostasis with money--a certain amount coming in, a certain amount going out, a certain amount of cushion or debt? What needs to happen to create a new homeostasis with money? One of two transmission journeys from Alaya's recent money workshop.

Good. And breathing and rocking and allowing your body to settle, To rest, The sunshine streaming on your skin. Good. The waves of water moving through your blood. Good. As if you could dig your toes, Your heels, Or your fingers into soil or sand. Good. Very good. Letting yourself sink and be drawn into the magnetic field of gravity, The love of the earth. Perfectly balanced and at peace in your body in this time. Good and noticing how the energy moves and flows in the central column of light in your body and the way that the light circulates and moves around your body, However you know your own energy cocoon. Just breathing and having a sense of your pelvis and the way that the energy is moving and flowing through your central column of light. You can think about chakras if you like or the nadis and the way that the energy flows to the meridians of your body. It can just be energy, Sensations, Colors, And the sunlight. Good and your third eye and your crown opening to receive the abundance that is yours. Good. You have ancient wisdom about abundance, About plenty. It is seated in your bones. Good and now it is time to tap the bones. Wake up. That memory and that knowing that you have carried with you into this incarnation from other dimensions and from your time spent on earth. Wake up. You are called now to be this truth of the beauty and the power and the resonance of the all that is of the abundance of the plenty of earth. Good. Very good. Good. Allowing whatever images are floating through your awareness. Any thoughts? You might think about how you procure food. Do you grow it in a garden? Do you shop in a store? Do you have it delivered? Does somebody get it for you and bring it to you? How do you get food? Think about these exchanges, The exchanges that you have with the farmer, With the grocer online. How do you get food? And as you are allowing these images and ideas, Allowing them to find the flow and that circulation of energy in your body and in your energy system, That there is just this natural exchange and rhythm of getting food. Perhaps there is money exchanged. Perhaps there is steps between you and the food, How you get the food to you in this modern time of getting food. Just put all of those ways into this stream and just notice how they flow. Opening the back of the head and neck or your hips sinking more into the surface where your body is supported, Opening the feet and the hands. Good. You know how to get food. It is easy for you. You have enough food, Plenty of food. And if that is not true for you, Imagining a time in your life when it was true for you, Even for a day that you had all the food you wanted to have and thinking about how you got it and putting that in the flow here. Just let yourself have that. I know how to get food. Good. But it is a bit like your heartbeat at this stage in your development and your evolution that your system attracts certain resources automatically just as the body's nervous system handles the heartbeat, The breath. You accept and are at peace with my heartbeats. I breathe. Your system, Your body handles this, The intake of air and the release of air. And so think about this in relation to this cycling energy flow, Energy moving through your energy centers or your central calm of light or through your auric or other layers of your energy cocoon that you know. Think about something else that you create easily, Something that you love to create or that you don't even realize that you create all the time. Let yourself imagine it and let yourself see, Experience, Feel, Perceive in some way that flow in your system. Remembering your connection with the earth, The sun, That you accept this. This is natural and organic and you don't need to give it much thought or any thought. Maybe you always have clothing to wear. It might not be all the clothing or exactly the clothing that you ultimately would like to have, But you have clothing. You have a hat when it's cold. You have underwear. You have some things. Good. You might have a bed or a pillow. Think about your mastery. You know how to get food. You have clothes. You have a pillow and a bed. You have a home, A place to have your things. Good. And allow that to move. Good. Just noticing and letting yourself build some confidence here. Recognizing your skill and your mastery of all that you automatically allow and accept as normal in your system every day, Every month, Every year. Let yourself experience balance, Stability, And harmony here in your system with these things that you accept as easily as your heartbeat. Good. Very good. Very, Very good. Just let yourself breathe. You can let that go and just let yourself really feel gravity holding you now and connect again with your body, With the sense of your body being supported by gravity, Any sensations, The temperature of the air, Other sounds in your environment. Good. And so when you think about yourself as an organic being, A being of homeostasis, That there is a way that the system regulates, That as a being of light, As a divine self, As a consciousness, Looking with respect at this system, This organic system, Calling in the qualities or noticing the qualities of harmony and balance, That nature will always create balance. And so what does your system need in order to create something new? Good. Very good. So think of something now that you would like to have. It could be an object or a sum of money. Just pick something perhaps without a lot of emotional charge. You could start with something small and just imagine it with your imagination and see if you can put it in this flow. See how your system adapts. What does your system need to create balance and harmony and flow? It might be that your system is just now getting the memo that there is any need or desire or benefit for having more. There is balance, There is homeostasis. And so work with this part of your consciousness and see what it needs in order to create more money or something else. Good. And just breathing here. Good. And letting that go for a moment. Just coming back to center, Breathing, Finding your body supported, Feeling your skin, The boundary of your body. Just having a sense, Thanking your body for a job well done. And see if you can have your body's permission here to look again. Would it be okay to look again? And if the answer is yes, Then notice that and we will look again. And if the answer is no, Then just curl up and dig a nice little comfy spot in the soil or the sand or in the bed and rest. And if it is acceptable to look more, If it is useful or interesting, If you get a yes, Be curious. Ask your system to show you what homeostasis, What pattern is balanced about the current situation that you are in. If you have debt, How is that a part of balance? How is that serving and maintaining homeostasis? Or something else if you do not have debt, A sense of, Well, Whatever it is, Just let your mind come up with something. How is this serving my system? Good, And just noticing whatever the response or the image or the shape is that comes. Being curious about how balance could be created a different way. You can play with having a new baseline, Sum of money of savings or flow that comes in and goes out or no debt. To see if there is another configuration that is accessible for your system that could feel like balance. Good and we are bringing in frequencies now of harmony and beauty and ease and grace. What else could work? Good, Very good. You might check with your body or personality at some level to see if this feels safe and good and interesting or if it is enough then let it go and go rest. Is there anything that you need to let go of? Or a recipe? Maybe you have space, You are safe. What you are doing matters for your lineage, It matters for moving forward, It matters. You are weaving a beautiful pattern through your consciousness, Through your incarnation in harmony with nature, Good, With the raw materials that you have from your lineage that are useful to you. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to your ancestors. Good and so they may be empowering you now with things that they know about power and wisdom. It might be that they and others are moving their feet on the earth in a rhythm creating sound, Creating rhythm. Opening now to a new homeostasis. What makes sense for your system? What is balanced and whole and complete? What is safe and comfortable? What does your body like? What feels safe to parts of you that may feel unsure about this if you have any of those? Good and like a sunflower now lifting your heart and your head to the sun, The downpouring of light, The pure authentic power, The pure abundant nature opening to receive and watching as your system organizes and makes sense of this infinite abundance and brings it through you into the earth and you scoop from the earth the abundance and celebrate it and offer it and there is a balanced beautiful flow giving and receiving sacred and honoring. Honoring and respectful of you and of all of life. And as you practice and as you play and as you find your rhythm here, You feel the beating of the feet on the earth of the ancestors and your awareness opens and you realize, Good, You are not alone, That there are others like you opening to receive this infinite abundance, Finding the rhythm in their own way, In their own lineage, In their own embodiment, Their own unique way and there is beauty and harmony and grace and ease and resonance and like a heartbeat, It is accepted and normal and easeful. Having the sense that you are not alone, That there is an echo or a rhythm, Good, That strengthens and amplifies your own. Good, Very good. And just letting your system acclimate, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thanking your body, Thanking your personality, Thanking your soul, Your greater consciousness, Your guides, Whatever feels right to you to thank your ancestors, The earth, The sun, The human, The others who are creating and becoming in this way, In their own way, Good, Very, Very good. Good. Enjoying and beginning to settle now. Letting yourself settle, Taking pleasure in your new homeostasis, Your new balance and as you come back into your body, Into the time, Into the weight of your body supported by gravity, Just checking in with yourself, How does this feel? How much of it is for now, Now, Now, How much of it is for now? How much of this wholeness and balance is it for now? For now and for now. How much of it is for now? Just acclimating here, Just releasing anything that is not yours, That is not time to have, Just letting it go and trusting, Surrendering and trusting your own rhythm and right timing, Your own wisdom, Thinking once again the others in the body of the one who are becoming in these ways and how that buoys you, Supports and honors you. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to them. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to the guides of light, To the earth and the sun, To your ancestors, To your own being. Good. Good, Coming back. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to your body. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Coming back, Taking your time, Resting for as long as you like, Integrating, Coming back when you're ready or falling asleep.
