Chakras are energy centers in our body that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. There are seven main chakras, starting from the base of the spine to the top of the head. Each chakra represents different aspects of life, like security, creativity, confidence, love, communication, intuition, and spiritual connection. When these chakras are balanced, we feel peaceful, confident, and aligned.
