Hello,
This is Akshay,
Your Insight Timer teacher and today we are going to talk about the mindfulness.
Understanding mindfulness is a necessity nowadays because distractions are everywhere.
And in order to learn about the mental health,
Let's talk about the chakras.
Our today's topic is chakras and the meditation.
So let's begin.
There are seven chakras in the human bodies from the top to the seat.
And the first chakras,
As we all know,
It is root chakra.
We call it muladhara chakra or root chakra.
It is located at the base of your spine.
It represents stability,
Security and survival needs.
A balanced root chakra gives you grounding,
Confidence and sense of safety.
Your second chakra is the swadhisthana chakra,
Which we call as a sacral chakra.
It is located just below the navel.
It governs creativity,
Emotions,
Sensuality and relationships.
A balanced sacral chakra brings you joy,
Passion and emotional harmony.
Our third chakra is manipura chakra,
Which we call solar plexus chakra.
It is located in the upper abdomen.
It represents personal power,
Confidence and self-discipline.
A balanced solar plexus chakra boosts willpower,
Motivation and self-esteem.
Fourth chakra and the center chakra is anahata chakra,
Which we call heart chakra.
Located at the center of the chest,
It represents love,
Compassion and emotional balance.
A balanced heart chakra fosters kindness,
Forgiveness and harmonious relationships.
Our fifth chakra is the vishuddhi chakra,
Which we call throat chakra.
It is located at the throat and governs the communication,
Self-expressions and the truth.
A balanced throat chakra helps you speak clearly,
Express yourself authentically and listen with the understanding.
Your sixth chakra is ajna chakra,
Which we call third eye chakra.
It is located between the eyebrows.
It governs intuitions,
Insight and wisdom.
A balanced third eye chakra enhances clarity,
Imagination and your spiritual awareness.
The seventh chakra is the sahastrara chakra,
Which we call the crown chakra.
Located at the top of the head,
It represents spiritual connection,
Enlightenment and the universal consciousness.
A balanced crown chakra brings the inner peace,
Wisdom and a sense of oneness with the divine.
Let's talk about the first chakra,
Moladhar chakra,
Which is root chakra.
Root chakra is the first chakra in our body system.
Think of it like the roots of the tree.
If the roots are strong,
The tree can stand tall.
Similarly,
When your root chakra is balanced,
You feel safe,
Grounded and secure in life.
Swadhisthana chakra,
The second chakra,
Is the second energy center among the seven primary chakras.
This chakra plays an important role in our well-being,
Awakening and creativity.
Manipura chakra is the solar plexus chakra,
The third energy center of the body.
The manipura chakra spreads the fire element in your body,
Which brings energy,
Warmth and light.
Anahata chakra is also called as heart chakra,
Is the fourth energy center of out of seven chakras.
This chakra is essential component of our overall well-being,
As it helps us to balance our emotions,
Cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness.
Vishuddhi chakra,
When you are able to express yourself freely,
Think creatively and communicate without fear,
That's your throat chakra.
When it's blocked or out of balance,
Your fifth chakra makes it difficult for you to speak your mind.
Be imaginative and connect on a deeper level.
Ajna chakra is the sixth of the seven chakras in the body,
Also known as the perception center.
The crown chakra or sastra chakra is the seventh energy center in the chakra system.
It is the highest point in the body that acts a bridge between your physical and spiritual world.
That's all for now.
This is your chakras.
See you in the next Har Har Mahadev.
