What is exactly the manifestation?
In simple words,
It means turning something you desire in your mind into an experience into your life.
Let me tell you the process of manifestation in a very simple way.
First point is the clarity of intentions,
Knowing exactly what you want is the first step of manifestation.
People often don't know exactly what they want.
So,
That is the first step,
You have to clear your intention and knowing exactly what you want to manifest,
Exactly what you want to achieve.
Second one is the belief,
Trusting that it's possible and that you deserve it.
Third point is visualization,
Seeing and feeling your goal as if it's already real.
Fourth point is emotion,
Align your feelings with your desire such as joy,
Gratitude,
And confidence.
Fifth point is action,
Taking inspired steps into the real world.
And sixth point is detachment and trust,
Letting go of desperation and trusting the universe's timing.
So,
Is manifestation really works or not?
Yes,
Manifestation really works,
But not like a magic trick.
It works as a blend of spiritual law,
Psychology,
And action.
Here's how.
Let me tell you the spiritual perspective about the manifestation.
Some ancient wisdoms including the teaching linked with the Mahadeva,
Lord Dattatreya says that the universe reflects your inner state.
Your thoughts and emotions are vibrations.
When they are consistent and strong,
They attract the similar vibrations from the universe.
Example,
If you constantly feel gratitude,
You attract more situations to be grateful for.
If you constantly feel love about yourself,
You will attract more situations to be loved for.
Let's talk about the psychological perspective.
Modern science call it Reticular Activated System,
RAS.
In the brain,
It filters reality based on what you focus on.
If you daily focus on the abundance and opportunities,
Your brain start noticing them more and opening doors for you which is previously ignored.
Visualization and affirmation revise the subconscious mind,
Helping you behave in the ways that brings your goal very closer.
Manifestation is not just about thinking,
It works when you take aligned actions.
For example,
If you want a peaceful life,
Meditation plus saying no to the toxic habits plus building good routines is equal to manifestation in action.
Without action,
The manifestation is incomplete.
