Physically,
Emotionally,
Mentally and spiritually.
It is not about being selfish or egoistic.
But about valuing yourself that the way you are.
Honoring your needs and setting healthy boundaries.
When you truly love yourself,
You accept your flaws and strength without judgment.
You treat yourself kindly instead of criticizing.
Prioritize your well-being body,
Mind and soul.
You say no when needed and protect your energy.
You allow growth and healing instead of being stuck in guilt or shame.
Let me tell you some examples where you lack at self-love.
Lack of self-love often shown up in a subtle ways that people don't notice at first.
Here are some examples of lacking of self-love.
First turn is negative self-talk.
Constantly criticizing yourself,
Calling yourself that you are not good enough,
A failure or unworthy is the first reason to lack of self-love.
Second is people pleasing.
Always saying yes even when you are drained and just to be liked or accepted.
You should not do that.
Third,
Fear of being alone.
Staying in a toxic or unfulfilling relationships because you are afraid that no one else will love you.
You are there for yourself.
Your love for yourself is way more enough.
You cannot even think about it.
Ignoring your needs is the fourth point.
Skipping rest,
Good food or self-care because you feel others needs are more important.
You should not do that too.
Fifth point is comparing yourself to others.
Always measuring your worth against other people's looks,
Success or achievement is the major reason to lack of self-love.
Struggling to set boundaries.
Letting people overstep,
Disrespect or use you without standing up for yourself.
Seventh reason is the self-sabotage.
Avoiding the opportunities,
Doubting your abilities or not going after your dreams,
It is the lacking of self-love.
And the last one,
Neglecting health.
Overworking,
Poor sleep,
Ignoring exercises or unhealthy habits because you don't even prioritize yourself only.
So these are the major reasons where you lack in self-love.
Let me tell you in short,
The self-love is like the fuel that nourishes all your chakras.
When you love yourself,
Energy flows freely making you balanced,
Confident and compassionate.
Expressive and spiritually connected.
Self-love is the major reason where you take the best decision of your life.
Self-love is the main reason where you handle your life like you are a pilot to your plane.
You get one life and in that life,
If you cannot love yourself,
If you cannot prioritize yourself,
Then what is the use of getting the human birth?
I want all of you to prioritize yourself.
I want all of you to take care of your body,
Your mind and soul because these are the greatest gift from the divine you get when you God.
So all I want to say,
The self-love is the most important thing before starting anything,
Before getting into the relationship,
Before getting into the new business,
Before getting into the new job or anywhere where you started something.
The self-love is more important.
If you love yourself truly,
You can spread love truly.
If you protect yourself truly,
You can protect others,
You can protect your family.
