Subconscious Mind Reprogramming is the process of changing deep-rooted beliefs, habits, and emotional patterns stored in your subconscious mind. Your subconscious controls nearly 90% of your thoughts, behaviors, reactions, and life patterns often without you even realizing it. Many fears, self-doubts, money blocks, and relationship patterns are formed in childhood or through repeated experiences. Reprogramming means replacing those limiting beliefs with empowering ones. My name is Akshay and I am your life coach.

Today we are going to discuss the subconscious mind reprogramming.

Through consistent meditation,

Affirmations,

Visualization and emotional awareness we can gently reprogram the subconscious,

Replacing negativity with peace,

Confidence,

Love and abundance.

So what is the subconscious mind?

The subconscious mind is the hidden part of your mind that operates below your conscious awareness,

Silently controlling most of your life.

It is like the storage system or hard drive of your brain where all your past experiences,

Emotions,

Habits and beliefs,

Even the memories are recorded in.

Even if you are not aware of them,

They influence your thought,

Decision and actions every day.

90-95% of our daily thoughts,

Actions and emotions are came from the subconscious mind.

If it is filled with the negativity like I cannot succeed,

I am not good enough,

Life will keep on reflecting those beliefs.

Reprogramming helps align the subconscious with the confidence,

Abundance,

Love and peace.

Let's discuss some key features of the subconscious mind.

It has the automatic control.

It runs your habits like walking,

Driving or brushing teeth without your thinking.

It is a belief holder,

Stores deep rooted beliefs such as I am not good enough or I am not worthy or I am worthy which shape your life experiences.

It is the emotion driven,

It responds more to the feelings than the logic.

It has a protective nature,

It keeps you in a comfort zone even if it's limiting.

It is the powerful creator.

90-90% of your reality is influenced by the subconscious pattern.

Let's discuss some best method for subconscious mind reprogramming.

First one is the meditation and visualization.

In the deep meditation,

The subconscious is highly open.

Visualize your desired life as if it's already happening.

Affirmations and mantras.

Repeat the empowering statements like I am worthy of success,

I am attracting money.

Use mantras to vibrationally shift the energy.

Emotional anchoring.

Feel the emotions of the new belief while affirming it.

And subconscious accepts feelings faster than the words.

Then repetition and daily practice.

Just like the habit,

Beliefs change the repetition.

Replace every negative thought with the new positive one.

Mindfulness and awareness.

Catch old negative pattern as they rise and consciously shift them into the new empowering ones.

So basically,

Subconscious mind reprogramming is equal to calming the conscious mind through the meditation plus planting new empowering belief through the affirmation,

Visualization and emotion and repeating until they become your natural truth.
