The sacral chakra is located about three fingers under the navel, at the spine in our astral body. The sacral chakra could be seen as a source of life, along with its element of water.

Water is a source of life, but also the location and the water of the womb where a mother carries a child. It regulates our emotions, creativity, sexuality, and pleasure. This session is recorded with crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, Koshi chime, kalimba, and soothing ocean waves in the background to emphasize the element of water.
