Nervous System Regulation
This sound healing session is here to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. In this session, Tibetan singing bowls guide your nervous system into a state of calm, safety, and ease. The slow, soft tones of the singing bowls help to release stress, soften tension, and gently shift the body out of a state of alertness. Toward the end of the session, soft birdsong is introduced to further support relaxation and regulation, offering a natural and soothing transition into deeper rest. The combination of sound and subtle nature elements supports the nervous system in settling and restoring balance without effort or stimulation. This session supports: - calming an overactive nervous system - reducing stress and inner tension - creating a sense of safety and grounding - regulation and deep relaxation Listen in a comfortable position, with headphones, and allow the sounds to guide you back into your body and into a calmer, more regulated state.
