Sound Bath For Grief
This sound bath is a gentle space for grief, remembrance, and quiet presence. On July 23rd, Kimberley passed away after a long and courageous fight with cancer. Kimberley was deeply loved within the Insight Timer community and was a source of warmth, encouragement, and support to me and to so many other teachers and artists, and to me. This session is dedicated to her. Grief doesn’t need to be fixed or moved through. It asks to be felt, witnessed, and held with care. This sound bath supports you to soften into whatever is present: sadness, love, gratitude, emptiness, or quiet connection. The session features Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gong, Koshi chimes, and tingsha bells at the end, guiding the nervous system into deeper rest while offering space for emotional release and gentle integration. Please listen with headphones if possible, and allow yourself to rest afterward. With love, Kristof
