Welcome.
This meditation is with the intention to begin moving your energy from the faster pace of the luteal phase,
Preparing the body,
The heart,
The womb for menstruation.
This premenstrual time can often find ourselves resistant to slowing down and feeling the emotions coming up to be released as we approach our full moon.
So I invite you to lie down,
To take a deep breath in,
Release the breath,
Begin feeling all the emotions,
The physical sensations stirring up inside of you,
And allow yourself to feel safe.
Safe to feel,
Safe to rest,
To relax,
And release.
Begin noticing your body,
Noticing the sensations in your womb,
Any sore ness.
Breathe into those spaces.
Allow yourself to just be,
To be a woman,
Be feminine,
To rest.
Into the unknown.
I am,
I am known.
I am,
I am known.
It is safe to slow down.
You are worthy of rest.
Imagine shining her light upon your body as you lay upon the earth.
Breathing,
Feeling the pulse,
The roots of the trees,
All of the water,
The soft breeze.
Exhaling,
Honoring everything coming up to be felt and released.
Knowing this time is for you to rest and listen to the sound.
And just rest,
Sister.
And curl up into the most comfortable fetal position.
Resting.
I am safe to rest.
I am safe to feel.
I am safe to express.
You are a woman.
Emotional,
Intuitive,
Creative,
Cyclical,
And deeply beautiful.
