What is ready to release like the leaves from the trees,
Like the petals from the rose.
Feel the wind element blowing.
And coming to stillness,
Connecting to that quiet place within you.
Allowing the emotions to rise up to the surface as we invite in the element of water.
Feel the water wash over you.
Purifying.
The extreme with dried leaves and petals begin to carry away what's no longer serving you,

And take a breath in,
Expanding the back of your heart.
Deep breath.

Receive this sound vibration into your heart.
Begin to see a light pink spiral of light moving through your heart.
The light of unconditional love.
The highest frequency we can attune to in our beloved human bodies,
Our divine feminine.
Receiving that.
Knowing that you are safe to feel anything that comes up through the water.
As we invite in the element of fire.
See a beautiful white candle with a golden flame.
And allow that golden light and that element of fire to burn away what no longer serves you,
Beautiful sister.

You are loved and supported in every version in this lifetime.
And now place your feet upon the earth.
Feel the dried,
The crispy leaves and petals of the rose.
See their beauty,
Their message.
See what's falling away for you back into Mother Earth.
Completing her cycle.
Feel droplets of water fall upon your feet,
Washing away that old you.
Finding in the frequency of forgiveness.
Forgiveness for you,
Beloved.
And forgiveness for those who have caused you pain.
Know that you are safe,
Supported and loved as you open yourself to purify through forgiveness.
And invite in the frequency of compassion,
Beloved.
For yourself,
For anywhere that you have suffered in this life or past lives.
And feel the golden light of the candle wrap around you,
Transmuting through old identities.
Pulling in the highest timeline and version of you,
Inviting her frequency in.
You're honoring all parts of you.
For you are sacred.
And you are complete.
You are whole just as you are.
And as you feel your feet on the earth and the soft wind blow across your skin,
You notice that the air has become cooler and that the sun sets earlier.
And find yourself at peace with a little more darkness.
Allow yourself to sit in the alchemy.
Allow it to move through down into mother earth and soak into her soil,
To her oneness,

And it moves up through your throat and out your third eye,
Your crown.
And then it flows down through your spine,
Your solar plexus,
Sacral and root.
And it connects in with the roots of the beautiful plants and trees that connect into the form of the frequency of the earth.
