Magnetizing Your True Love (Part 2)

This is a 2-part guided practice to help you prepare for a loving relationship. Part 2 contains important self-healing affirmations to release subconscious beliefs and core programs that limit our ability to give and receive love. Do this with your partner to improve your ability to trust yourselves, as well as embracing and developing true intimacy between you, God, your Higher Self, and each other.

The subliminal affirmations for Part Two are I surrender to God's perfect timing.

I trust in the divine intelligence of our Higher Self who is bringing us together at the perfect time and perfect place.

I deserve true love and happiness.

I am a clear and open channel for love.

I am at peace with myself and allow this to be a joyful time nurturing and loving myself,

Healing my inner child and manifesting my creativity freely and abundantly.

I love who I am.

I value and honor myself.

I am now ready to receive my true love.

During this time,

Start to visualize the physical form of your true love manifesting in front of you.

Allow this to be a creative visualization process and place no limit on your imagination.

Both you and your partner are sitting facing each other not too far apart,

About one and a half to two feet.

You are now ready to engage in the process of the realization of your true love.

I am now ready to receive my true love.

Both of you are in a meditative yoga position or if you feel more comfortable visualizing each other sitting on a chair,

That's fine too.

I am now ready to receive my true love.

In the following guided visualization you will begin to connect with your partner by stabilizing your etheric soul connection into each energy center or chakra in your body.

This exercise is very helpful in learning how to attune in a harmonious way with your intimate companion.

It is also a holistic way to connect with all the seven energy centers in your body in perfect alignment with that of your partners.

This exercise will also help you in learning how to receive and transmit energy from one center to another.

Bring your attention to the base of your spine.

Visualize a column of white light connecting your base chakra with the base center of your partner.

This is a very important point in the process of bringing your attention to the base of your spine.

Feel the wonderful sensations flowing through the interconnecting beam of white light from your partner's base center to yours.

Feel your base center opening gradually,

Expanding to receive the energy and vibration of your partner's base center.

Don't hold back any sensations or feelings in that area.

Simply learn to let go and become receptive.

This exercise focuses on receiving rather than on sending or projecting energy outward.

The energy will flow naturally of itself if you allow yourself to receive and visualize this mutual interchange of energy and light.

Slowly move up into the sacrum area.

This is the seat of your sexuality.

Visualize a column of brilliant violet light connecting your vital sexual center with that of your partner's.

This is the seat of your sexuality.

Visualize a column of brilliant violet light connecting your vital sexual center with that of your partner's.

Feel the opening of your sexual center and this beautiful violet light from your partner unfolding,

Opening,

And gently massaging your sexual center.

You feel completely safe as you release all effort and receive the warmth and comfort that is radiating through this violet tube of light.

As you receive this radiance from your partner,

Visualize your sexuality becoming completely open and free in expression.

Release all tension in that area and any constriction or pain that you might be internalizing.

Allow this violet light to transmute and dissolve any blocks or obstructions in your sexual center.

During this transmuting process,

Breathe the violet light into and out from this vital energy center.

Experience the wonderful sensations of mutual interchange in this area between you and your partner.

You may wish to expand the meditation at the sacrum center for a longer period as most of us need greater healing in this area of our sexuality.

Keep visualizing the brilliant tube of violet light connecting you with your partner.

Visualizing the brilliant tube of violet light connecting you and your partner's sacrum center,

Transmuting any blockages in that area.

When you feel ready,

Slowly move your attention up into your solar plexus area,

Your emotional center.

Visualize a ruby golden column of light joining you and your partner in the abdomen area.

Breathe in the ruby golden light into your solar plexus.

As you breathe in this light,

Allow any tension in that area to dissolve upon exhaling.

As you in-breathe ruby light,

Exhale golden light.

In-breathe the ruby light and exhale golden light.

Feel the radiant peace of this emotional center opening itself like a warm,

Radiant sun.

Visualize the beam of ruby violet light connecting your emotional centers,

Creating a space of safety and peace between you and your partner.

You are experiencing a place of emotional safety and security.

Feel the warmth and nurturing of these two suns connecting and interpenetrating each other,

Creating greater light,

Warmth,

And inner nurturing.

You and your partner are now totally at peace with your emotions and feelings.

Music When you feel ready,

Slowly bring your focus into your heart center.

Breathe in pink light into your heart and breathe out white light.

Visualize a brilliant pink column of light connecting your heart with your partner's heart center.

As you breathe the pink light into your heart,

Focus on receiving divine love from your partner's heart center through the beam of pink light interconnecting both of you.

Do not effort anything,

Just simply allow your heart to slowly open,

Receive and connect with your partner the glorious pink radiance of love.

Feel your heart center opening as you visualize a soft golden pink rose unfolding its petals.

As your interconnection deepens,

You may want to visualize iridescent sparks of rainbow light emitting from the column of pink light as your love connection expands and deepens.

When you have absorbed to overflowing the pink light,

Allow this color and frequency to run joyously throughout your whole body.

Feel it in your head,

Your throat,

Your arms,

Hands,

Chest,

Abdomen,

Your spine,

Genitals,

Legs and feet.

Feel your whole body absorbing this radiant pink love essence until you feel totally comforted and embraced by this love ray.

Completely feel safe in your heart now,

Knowing that you have all the love and support and nurturing from your partner.

It is now completely safe to open your heart and to let it breathe and receive the love that is yours to share.

As you acknowledge this love within you,

You are allowing the source from where this love flows to fill your hearts with even greater love,

Allowing God's love and light to expand within your heart centers,

Uniting your hearts into one heart,

One love,

One light.

As you gradually move up into your throat center,

Breathe in an electric cobalt blue light.

Feel your throat center opening into a brilliant column of electric cobalt blue light,

Connecting your throat center with the throat chakra of your partner.

This is the center of communication,

Creative expression and speaking your truth.

Get in touch with being able to communicate what it is that you feel through the power of the spoken word,

Allow the electric cobalt blue energy to massage and open your throat center to allow God's will to express through you freely.

Open yourself to receive the energy pulsation of your partner through this blue beam of light connecting you both.

Breathe in the blue light into your throat and exhale blue light as you release your breath.

As you inbreath and exhale this blue light,

Your center of communication and speaking your truth is now expanding.

Both you and your partner are now empowered with the brilliant expansion of the blue ray,

Creating an open pathway for both of you to speak your truth and to externalize God's will through loving harmonious communication and creative expression.

Slowly bring your attention up into your third eye area,

The center between your eyebrows.

Visualize a deep indigo beam of light connecting this center with your partner's.

As you focus on your third eye,

See a column of indigo light moving back and forth between you and your partner.

Visualize this beam of indigo light turning into emerald green as the rate of light vibration accelerates.

The rate of pulsation in your third eye is increasing and changes into emerald green as the light in your third eye expands and opens this center of healing and extrasensory perception.

This is also your center for all creative visualization.

Feel the strobing pattern of light spiraling in and through your third eye center as it begins to open and expand.

Feel the exchange of energy between you and your partner through this radiant beam of indigo light and emerald green.

Experience the activation and opening of your third eye by visualizing strobing like light entering into that area now.

Expanding and opening your third eye with greater light.

Now bring your attention into your crown chakra at the top center of your head.

Breathe in a glorious splendid golden light into your crown.

As you sustain and hold your inhalation,

Absorb this golden light into your entire head area and brain cells.

Exhale golden light and in breathe golden white light into your crown area.

As you exhale,

Feel golden white light permeate and envelop your whole being.

As your crown center is slowly opening,

Visualize an arch of golden white light connecting your crown center with your partner's crown center.

It's like a rainbow bridge of light connecting the top of both of your heads in a beam of golden radiant light.

Feel this golden radiance penetrate all the way down through a column of white light within you and into every part of your body,

Filling your aura with a golden glow of illumination.

Feel this light bathe every chakra with golden white light,

Every center.

As you receive this inflow of golden liquid light from the arched beam of light above your crown,

Both you and your partner's crown centers are now open to one another.

As your life's purpose,

Aspirations and visions are in alignment with higher universal intelligence and God's will.

Your crown is your transpersonal receiving station that is now being activated as you prepare for the next step.

As you inbreath this golden light from your crown center,

The golden arch slowly turns into a bright rainbow arch of light.

Visualize this golden arch now being a radiant rainbow arch of light.

All the colors of the rainbow are now beginning to enter your crown center.

As this rainbow light is entering through the crown of your head,

It flows through the column of white light into each chakra,

Through the third eye,

Moving down into your throat center,

Your heart,

Solar plexus,

Sacrum and the base of your spine.

As the rainbow light touches the base of your spine,

It immediately connects and flows into the base of the spine of your partner,

Then moves up into the sacrum,

Solar plexus and up into your partner's heart,

Throat area,

Third eye and crown center.

As the rainbow light moves up into the crown center of your partner,

It flows out through the arched rainbow and back into your crown,

All the way down into your base center and then immediately flows into your partner's base of spine center,

Then travels upwards and back and forth like a wheel of rainbow light.

Experience the ecstatic blissful union of rainbow light that is being generated back and forth between the two of you.

During this mutual inner change,

You may wish to reverse the flow of the circular energy from counterclockwise to clockwise.

Your whole body is absorbing the healing rainbow colors as all your energy centers are now revitalizing and flowing in complete alignment and harmony with your partners.

Focus now on your breath.

The breath of life between you and your partner is now expanding into one rainbow light.

Breathe in this rainbow light into your crown and exhale white light,

Then alternate by in breathing white light and exhaling rainbow light.

Your breaths are now one breath,

One heart,

One being.

Thank your God presence for the healing experience that you have just had.

When you feel complete in this attunement,

Lovingly embrace your partner and slowly come back into your physical body.
