Visualize a circular sphere of ruby light surrounded by a golden aura.
Breathe the soothing light into your solar plexus.
Breathe gently in and out a few times until you fully feel relaxed and have absorbed the ruby gold light into your solar plexus chakra.
Slowly breathe in the peace into your heart and solar plexus and slowly breathe out peace.
I am in breathing God's peace into my body,
Mind,
And spirit.

I am absorbing God's peace into my mind,

I am expanding God's peace in,

I am filled with the ruby golden light of peace and resurrection.

Fully and physically manifest in my being and world.
